He's based off of the Boy in the Bubble. In the story, he's the kid / the victim of bullying. He likes pain and he's learned to like it so then he couldn't give people the satisfaction of him in pain. He's very hidden and it would take a long time for him to get use to people. He more looks for a black relationship rather than a red one because he's become so use to it and thinks it's normal and alright.

He also thinks he has Hanahaki disease (A fictional disease where if someone has an unrequited love then they will throw up flowers). Which is another reason why people stay away from him sine it's thought that you could catch it if you stay around him too long and try to be nice to him. He doesn't throw up flowers but he does have one other his blue eye.
