The way they met was pretty generic. Lachlan was too focused on his music while G was too focused on the ground for some reason. They bumped into each other and apologised before introducing themselves. That was many months ago and now they were great friends that talked frequently about anything and everything. But when Lachlan tried to introduce G to his friends, the only thing that they would do is joke about them being a couple or otherwise. It's didn't help the shy little raven-haired boy as it was and the brunette cursed himself for being so openly gay.

At the current moment, G was with Daniel while Lachlan was texting one of his friends and listening to his normal music which seemed to stick with everyone's theory that Lachlan had glued headphones to his ears. But a knock on the door broke him from his reading. He quickly messaged the person he was talking to and went to get the door. What he was surprised to see was his smol friend was staring at the ground with a deep sorrow in his eyes and he was even shaking slightly. Lachlan quickly let his friend in and shut the door behind the shorter male to make sure no one listens in on a probably meaningful and deep conversation. "I-I-I can't s-stand it a-a-anymore." The smaller one stuttered, speaking with nothing but hurt. At first Lachlan was worried if his friend was referring to suicide and he came to say goodbye. The taller man gently wrapped his arms around the smaller one, bending down so it wouldn't be awkward since the brunette was freakishly tall. G flinched but slowly started to hug back at the feeling of comfort, warmth and safety.

"It's going to be ok. Don't worry." Lachlan said as G continues to stare at the floor, slowly gripping onto Lachlan's skeleton hoodie. "I-It's Daniel... H-H-He is just... s-so mean" G said slowly and his friend was relieved that it wasn't as drastic as what he thought but this obviously had a big effect on G and the brunette really didn't know what to say at first. He wasn't that close to Daniel or anything in fear for his glasses and headphones. Lachlan started to gently rub the smaller one's back in an attempt to calm him down. "It's ok if you want to cry or anything, it wouldn't change the way I think of you." Lachlan said as he started to tighten the hug. "T-thank you..." G said slowly, not looking up once. "You know what. Whatever he did, if he doesn't apologise and change his attitude then he isn't worth your time. You deserve to be happy or how can others be happy around you. It's one of those times where you need to be selfish rather then selfless." He could feel G slowly stop shaking, the change in his aura was more calm rather then showing a deep blue.

"T-thank you for t-t-tanking the ti-ime to console me." The stuttering boy said with a small and gentle smile. The bigger one pulled away and smiled back, trying to not breakdown as to how cute his friend really was at the moment. "Of course, It's what friends do." Lachlan said before standing upright. It sort of felt wrong to call G his 'friend'. Maybe it was suppose to be 'best friends' or 'friends with benefits' but he would never do that to the innocent smol G (Or would he? *Insert Sexy Sax or Gigantic OTN* Whichever suits you my reader.) "Come on. You can stay with me for a while." The brunette said walking deeper into his house. "I-If it won't b-b-be a burden." G said, following his friend.

Lachlan sat down on the couch and turned on the tv, letting the smaller one sit next to him. "Do you need anything?" Lachlan asked as he reached up to take off his headphones. Filled with curiosity, the smaller one stuttered out a no. Lachlan removed his headphones and for the months that that raven-haired male had been with the taller one, he had never really seen his ears. Why he was so intrigued though was something he ever questioned himself. His ears were perfectly normal except for one of them had a hole that looked to be from a previous piercing and it was slowly healing up. Now that the thought of revealing things was stuck in G's head. He thought about removing Lachlan's glasses, hoodie and- He quickly stopped his thoughts and looked at the tv, blushing more then he anticipated.

Lachlan looked at his smaller friend and tried not to keel over from the cuteness of seeing his friend blush almost as red as the bow tie he owned. Lachlan turned and watched the tv, trying to think of a sly move to pull so he could get his friend closer but then he shot every idea down in the thought of scaring off G or worse, getting denied. They sat there as the awkward (Sexual 😏) tension just seemed to grow in the room. Both Lachlan and G mentally talked to themselves to try and get enough confidence to make a move or something. Lachlan was the first to try and went for the classic yawn and arm over the shoulder but as he was going, G turned and looked at him making him just look like he was yawning normally. G got up and stood in front of the taller one, blushing and looking at the ground. The brunette tilted his head as he looked at the blushing mess in front of him and denied himself the ability to blush.

"C-c-canIseew-whatyoulook-klikewithouty-yourglasses?" G asked quickly and somehow, Lachlan was able to understand what he was asking. In front of G, he had never taken off his glasses, headphones, his hoodie or anything really. Lachlan rarely changed or he just had the long line of the same clothes. The blue eyed male tried not to laugh as he shut his eyes and lifted his glasses to sit on his head before he opened his eyes again. G was surprised. You would think that taking off black wide brimmed glasses there wouldn't be much of a difference... whoever said that was quite wrong. The sudden sound of a bog bark and the sound of a pushed coffee table caused the smaller one to fall into Lachlan's lap. "Zen, bad boy! What did I say about jumping onto the coffee table?" the blue eye told the white haired Morkie (I wish) that jumped onto the couch where G was once sitting.

"I-I think I s-stoll his spot." G said making the male under him nod and laugh. "Well are you ok with staying on my lap?" Lachlan asked and G nodded. The tension had lifted and they were happy just like this. The glasses where put back into place on Lachlan's face and they watched whatever was really on tv and talked every so often. But something was still missing. They were just friends sitting on a couch. Lachlan felt like he could do more and he slowly slipped an arm around G's waist but his Morkie instant grabbed the male's sleeve and put the hand over him. 'Damn it Zen.' Lachlan thought to himself. He gets up and in turn, gently picks up G before placing the gentle male on the couch then he grabbed the pesky Morkie. "I gotta go put him outside." Lachlan explain and left the room.
