General Appearance: Seiichi has a distinct dislike for colors of any vibrancy, and so his attire mainly consists of dark, unassuming colors that unintentionally draw the eye due to their seemingly out-of-place nature. His most common outfit is a light, sleeveless hooded jacket, which he wears over a mesh shirt, and loose-fitting gray shorts, as well as black sandals. His forehead protector is looped through the waist of his shorts like a belt; his weapons pouch is worn at his left hip. A necklace that rests between his collarbones bears a pendant shaped as his clan symbol: a cluster of storm clouds each dropping a thunderbolt, enclosed within a circle. He's never seen without it, even reportedly wearing it while he bathes.

Seiichi's long since stopped trying with his hair, as it rebels against him at every turn and refuses any sort of treatment. In the past, he whacked the whole of it off every few months to deal with the problem, but recently he's been allowing it to grow out despite the problematic consequences, and it's been attributed to the fact that he simply has no time to attend to the matter now that his genin duties have picked up.

Personality: Quiet, reserved, Seiichi's been noted not to actively engage in conversation, which in itself is an attribute of his family and is seen as an unchangeable characteristic. He's goal-oriented, and dislikes needlessly wasting energy; as such, he isn't very fond of the menial tasks he's given daily as a genin. Still, he's incredibly loyal to those who's managed to become close to him despite his outwardly cold personality, and has a mind to do just about anything he can to protect them.

Seiichi's main fault lies in his habit of "leaping without measuring the distance", which is how his sensei describes his tendency to simply throw himself into a fight, regardless of the opponent and their difference in strengths.

Relationships:

Uchiha Sasuke - He hates him, because he hates arrogance, and he perceives that the young Uchiha is as haughty as they come. He's no mind to establish a rivalry with the boy, but in the back of his mind, he's usually comparing the gap in their skill level.

Tenten - Due to an out-of-clan marriage, he's distantly related to Tenten's family, but neither of them really makes anything of the connection, beyond feeling obligated to greet one another upon sight. That is, until he decides he'd like to follow in his ancestors' footsteps and learn to use chakra-conducting ninja tools, which Tenten agrees to make and help care for.

Fighting Capabilities

Taijutsu: Seiichi is quick on his feet and possesses decent strength for his size, leading to his proficiency in taijutsu. His reflexes are sharp, as well, and he has an uncanny ability to read body language, which helps him anticipate and counter any physical blows he's faced with

Ninjutsu: Hailing from the Raikou Clan, Seiichi's grown up among those who would boast that ninjutsu is the most practical and efficient means of fighting; accordingly, his skills in this area are advanced when compared to his taijutsu or genjutsu

Genjutsu: Upon making it onto Team Ren, it was quickly decided that Seiichi had no talent whatsoever for illusions, and so the matter was dropped just as quickly. The most he can manage is to release himself from a simple genjutsu
