Milo is a very kind and gentle werewolf, He knows how to stand up for himself of anything goes to far and he stands up for his friends which makes him sometimes growl at people that made him upset and that makes him get bullied but he stands up for them. He can crack some jokes or be sarcastic but it's very rare that he's sarcastic so people take it as him either being rude or telling the truth.

Milo had a normal childhood with a lot of friends then in middle school, He met Tamaki and they were best friends but over time, Milo realized that he really liked Tamaki but he has never said anything about his sexuality or his crush because he's scared of his friends hating him.
