Personality: Dakota is really rough around the edges, he is brutish and mean when he doesn't know you. Not really caring about people's feelings and not really ever making an effort to get to know people. If someone wants to befriend him they have to keep pushing to talk to him and to get to know him, only then will he start to lean toward his nicer side. He has a short temper and being mean is kind of his defense mechanism when he feels threatened, that and violence, he is never one to back down from a fight and can often pick one too. He is sensitive when it comes to things that make him mad, he is always defensive and if someone even looks at him the long way he will kick their ass. Once someone gets past his rough exterior he is actually quite pleasant to be around, he doesn't talk a whole lot and can care about someone extremely deeply. He also has a need to do everything to the best of his ability and hates feeling like a disappointment. He wants the approval of everyone he cares about and will not allow himself to fail. He is extremely hard on himself in that sense.

Backstory: Dakota's family life had been a bit rough. His mother was very loving towards him but his father was extremely hard, he always put a lot of pressure in Dakota to be the best at everything, and to increase his rank as much as he could. And while those could be some good goals to strive for, his father took it upon himself to place extreme discipline on Dakota if he didn't measure up to his fathers standards. Eventually Dakota left his parents and original pack and joined this one, where he made his way through the ranks to become the Beta.
