Interesting name, I like it. My only problem with it is that the spelling is a bit confusing. Perhaps you should add a hyphen between the two words, so it looks a bit... cleaner, I guess. Like this: Sea-Eagle

Hmm, now my problem with this is that this is such a common personality trope. Kind but sarcastic. Perhaps you could change that to something like:

Friendly, but tends to have a sarcastic streak at certain times.

Backstory: She hatched alone, with no other dragon left on the continent. The creatures that raised her (alicorns) taught her to, even though she had never seen another dragon in her life, to still love other species. And she did. Later on, when she was about 6 years old, she meets another dragon called Skylark. They soon fall in love, and they go on a quest to leave the continent and find other dragons.
Cool backstory! Have you got a name for the continent? It's sounds cool!

But how'd the alicorns find her? What happened to the other dragons? And is 6 in dragon years?

Also, how did she meet Skylark (cool name)? What made them fall in love?

Anyway, this is a cool backstory!

Appearance: Bright turquoise wings, and is mainly dark blue, with a sky-blue underbelly, with scattered black spots and a starry underwing. 

Oooh, she sounds pretty!

Tiny nit-pick though: Turquoise is such a common colour. I see it a lot of the time on dragon characters. Perhaps you could change that to something more... exotic. 

But either way, she sounds lovely!
