Ooh. I actually like the name quite a lot. Quite unique. It's nice to hear new OC names from time to time. But it's quite a strange choice for a character like this. Almost expected something like "Sail" or "Mist" cause of the sailor motive. 

But yeah, it's quite a good name.

Personality: Mysterious. Kane is always shown smiling and acts polite. The reason she never stops smiling's is because she believes it shows power and dominance. If a rival were to frown, she would see them as weak.

Aah, now THIS is interesting. I've never seen "smiling" and "mysterious" brought together in this way. Do you mean mysterious in the way that she never seems to stop smiling? Interesting.

This personality is a nice change of pace from the norm. Usually, a character like this is potrade as dark and broody, so this is quite a surprise!

The only thing that I'd say to work on is explain WHY she acts like this. After such a tragic backstory, how can she go about smiling all the time, even if it happened to be fake? Either way, this is super good!

Backstory: Kane was born as a mistake. The only wolf in a litter of fox's... she was tossed aboard (Isn't it overboard? Pff, idk-) by her parents in the ocean where she drowned... 

As a supernatural (spirit), Kane was often seen only by the sailors she would haunt every night. She stole many ships because of this, the sails of the ships altering into a glowing blue once she'd captivated them.

I. NEED. MORE. CONTEXT!!! This is such an interesting backstory, but I need to know more! 

How'd she end up with the foxes? How'd she become supernatural?  Why did she decide to haunt the sailors instead of her parents? What does she do to the ships?

Honestly, this would be a brilliant story if a bit more context was added. It left me with an urge for answers, and I wanted to keep reading!  

Overall, it's interesting, it's enticing, and if it ever became a book, I would definitely read it!

Appearance:

Badass sailor girl, yaaaaaaaaaaass!

This design is so cool, but I must ask... where'd she get the clothes? From a sailor? And is that anchor a birthmark? And where'd the scar come from?

The colouration fits really well with a character of this style. Only thing is, the greys are so... common. Perhaps you could've added some other ghostly colours, to really make the character stand out!

Other than that, her appearance is mwah!
