-Neverland's POV-

I knew it was time... No one could remember me, not even my old friends could see me. I have nothing to live for anymore.
A civil war has tarred my country into shreds...
My people are poor, starving, there's no work...
Children used to come to my country all the time... And now thanks to their flashy gadgets, they never come back here anymore...
I don't want to have any regrets... I couldn't leave the world without telling her... The one person that I was staying alive for, Fire. Her beautiful brown hair, her laugh everything about her... She was one of the few people that were both beautiful inside and out in this world...
She was enchanting...
She could light up a room just by stepping inside it...
She was adorable and perfect in every way... I never wanted to hurt her like this, but it must be done... I cannot hold on much longer. I feel myself slowly slipping away. I had to do one thing before I left this rotten world for good...
I had to tell her how I felt about her... That is the only way I'd truly be able to rest in piece...

Neverland brushed though her library, it held all of her diaries. She opened one of them. A picture of Fire, England and herself...
"I miss zhe pirate days... We were so close together back zhen..."

Forcing laughter, faking smiles
Same old tired lonely place

Walls of insincerity,
Shifting eyes and vacancy
Vanished when I saw your face

All I can say is it was enchanting to meet you----//

She felt tears form in the corners of her eyes. "Why must it end zhis way... Can't a fairy tale have a happy ending?..." She whispered hoarsely, before putting the book back onto the shelf.
"I won't be alive anymore... Zhis library won't need to be here anymore either... It'll only cause pain if someone were to read zhese books..." Her think French accent faltered and she took a deep breath pulling out a match she lit it, lighting one of the books on fire she walked out.

'Goodbye to all of the happy memories...'

\\----Your eyes whispered, "Have we met?"
Across the room your silhouette

The playful conversation starts

All of the happy memories, they came flooding back, Fire... Not just Fire, Raising Canada and America... Getting drunk with her friends... She would miss it all so much.
'NON YOU TOLD YOURSELF NO REGRETS!!!'

Neverland shook her head, wiping away the tears that had formed. She was going to the world meeting building, and say her final goodbye...

'Why am I shaking... I had already decided on giving up... Why am I fighting this???' Neverland took a staggering breath.
'Non, I have given up... I will disappear...'

The lingering question kept me up
2 AM, who do you love?
I wonder 'til I'm wide awake

I walked into the meeting room, Fire smiled when she saw me. "Hello!" She called I smiled and walked over to her.

Italy looked at us confused. "Ve~ why is Fire talking to a wall?"

"It's good to see you again." Neverland said smiling. "And you as well my old friend. Should we go for a walk to catch up?"
"O-oui..." I was still trembling slightly, my health was becoming poor again.

As soon as we were out the door I tuned to Fire "I-I need to talk to you mon amour..."
Fire nodded, "what is it?"

"Well... I guess as you have heard... My country is involved in a large civil war right now..."

"What??? I didn't know about that!"

Not where the story line ends

As I was leaving too soon

"My country is falling apart... I came to say goodbye..."

"W-what?" Fire's face was lined with shock.
"I came to say goodbye before I leave... I've decided to disappear for good... I cannot take seeing my people fighting each other like wild animals anymore... Neverland was supposed to be a happy place for children... And now... It's nothing but a disgrace... I'm sorry..."

"N-no you can't leave! Isn't there some way to fix this???" Fire questioned fighting back tears.

Neverland shook her head.

She took a step forward, felling her body grown numb as it began to disappear. She hugged Fire, pressing her lips against Fire's in a passionate kiss.

"Je te ame..." Neverland told her as they parted. "I believe it is time to say goodbye..."
"N-no you can't leave!!! You can't leave me!!!"

She kissed Fire on top of her head. "Please do not be sad... I will be back one day... I'll come back to you and then we can be together once again... -her body began to slowly fade into nothing, but just before it did she took off her pirate hat placing it on Fire's head. "Please don't grieve over me... I shall come back on day..."

Tears streamed down Neverland's face as she vanished, for good...

"NEVERLAND NO!!!" Fire cried, tears poured down her cheeks as she fell to the ground clutching Neverland's hat. "I-I love you too..." She whimpered.

'Ill se you again my beautiful flower...'

((Well since I'm on a phone I can't really dedicate this to anyone XD but I have to dedicate this story to FireLover25 . She practically created FIRELAND, and is an amazing friend and writer. I've shed more then a few tears while roleplaying with her.
I'd also like to dedicate this book in general to Tweak_athaga_bunny and kawaii-potatoes .
All three of you have endless creativity and because of all of you. I've been able to develop my characters so well!!!
This is also dedicated to all of my followers and readers!!!! I love all of you and each and every one of you is special to me!!!! ^^
