Before working with Rayman, she was working at a coffee shop. Bored from her job as a barista, she wanted a bigger life, more meaning than serving a hot steaming cup of morning coco. Just than, she hears Rayman, coming into the shop, tired from the night of stand up comandy that ended up as a failer from the look of his outfit that was ruined by tomatos and sodas that were thrown at him. She never judged a book by it's cover, so she talked to him, after a weeks of getting to know each other, they decided to be friends. When Rayman got famous by a certain compony, he requested Carsol to be his helper, and ever since that day, Carsol worked closely with Rayman!

After working with Rayman and comforting him while he was drunk, Carsol took the time to go out to see anything that could help Rayman feel better, but came back after a week to see no one. She meets him once more while Rayman is in his "Ramon" faze, she comforts him once more before leaving again, but had gone missing for five days, when Rayman finds her in the prison turtore driving test mini game, realizing she is a dark grey mouse now. When asked what happened, she remembers nothing, but does remember the feeling of being traumatized.
