Nickname: Everyone calls him Moon because Tony probably didn't want to call the poor kid 'Bård Chan' for all of his life

Powers: Moon has an incredibly strong, constantly active future vision along with various other god like abilities like healing, the ability to bend water, and the ability to read patterns...but all of them are tied to his exposure to the moon, so being trapped in the place Tony hid the kids(or even being inside/being bathed in sunlight) would change his glorious abilities into a muddled mass of confusing and blurred images so hard to decipher that Moon commonly only speaks in broken, chopped English and that's IF he has the will to try to speak.
As he spends more time in the Moonlight though and trains his powers he'll slowly master them
