Clarissa's POV

I did not sign up for this.

I signed up for a pageant! Not only a pageant, but after a pageant a sleepover!

Now I'm jumping to my death. How fun. Hopefully I don't die, mom says to be realistic- I mean optomistic!

" If you look down, you will see two target areas. The wider area represents the part of the lake that we have stocked with psychotic man-eating sharks. Inside that area is a safe zone. That's your target area, which, we're pretty sure is shark free."

" For each member of your team that jumps and actually survives, there will be a crate of supplies waiting below. Inside each crate are supplies that you'll need for the second part of the challenge... building a hot tub. The team with the best one gets to have a wicked hot-tub party tonight. The losers will be sending someone home. Let's see, Killer Bass, you're up first."

" Oh, wow. So, who wants to go first?"

" Hey, don't sweat it, guys. I heard that these shows always make the interns do the stunt first to make sure it's survivable."

I am so scared right now.

"So, who's up?" Evan asked. I gulped. "Ladies first." Duncan stated. "I know your not the polite type." I stated, crossing my arms and eyeing him suspiciously. "Fine, I'll go. It's no big deal, just an insane cliff dive into a circle of angry sharks." Bridgette then jumped.

"She did it. Yeah! Yeah! I'm next. Cowabunga! Oh!" Tyler yelled while jumping.

"Ooh."

Geoff and Eva then jumped after, cheering.

"Unh-unh. No way, man. I'm not jumping." Dj stated.

"Scared of heights?" Chris asked.

"Yeah, ever since I was a kid." Dj admitted.

"That's okay, big guy. Unfortunately, that also makes you a chicken. So you'll have to wear this for the rest of the day." Chris stated.

" Aw, man. For real?" Dj asked.

"Bawk bawk bawk! That means the chicken path down is that-a-way. Next." Chris said.

"Yee-haw!"

My team cheered.

Courtney backed out, stating she had a condition that stopped her from jumping of cliffs, making Chris give her a chicken hat. Sadie then said she wouldn't jump without Kadie, and the same with Kadie. They then begged for Chris to put them on the same teams, which he did. My team just got another team member, go Killer Bass!

It was down to me.

I exhaled and got ready to jump. "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" I screamed as I thankfully landed in the safe zone. But, my hair was a little wet. I laughed nervously.

"Okay, so that's ten jumpers and two chickens. Screaming Gophers, if you can beat that we'll throw in a pull cart to put your crates on." Chris stated.

"The winners, the Screaming Gophers!"

I groaned. I jumped 1,000 feet off a cliff for nothing?

"That was awesome, dude. What's wrong?" Trent asked.

"I, uh, think I lost my bathing suit." Owen stated.

The campers cringed in disgust.

" Ow! I think I just got a splinter." Courtney exclaimed. I groaned.

" Shut up and pick up your crate..." Eva said, dropping her crate. "Chicken."

"Hey I'm the only one with C.I.T. camping experience here, you need me." Courtney stated. "Actually, so do I." I said proudly. Dj and Eva looked at each other. What? It's true. I took it in case I stoop so low I have to become a summer camp leader. Because C.I.T camp stands for Counselor In Training.

"Ugh, I've gotta take a wiz." Tyler said, carrying a crate. " Hurry up. We're already behind." Eva stated. Kadie and Sadie then had to go pee, and followed Tyler into the woods. Courtney then tried killing a fly, and hit herself instead.

"Ow. I think something just bit me." Courtney stated. I then tripped and fell down. "I HATE THIS SO MUCH!"

"Feel better?" Eva asked. "Yup." Katie said. I sighed and smiled. I'm just self-conscious if I have a bruise or not, everyone keeps looking at me. "Can we go now? I think my eye is swelling up." Courtney asked.

I touched my forehead, and didn't feel anything. So, I moved around, and found one near my ear, but on my forehead on the left. It wasn't that bad, it actually didn't hurt. But, I'm not living with a bruise for my whole life.

Katie and Sadie started pushing a crate.

" Ew, something's itching me. Are you itchy, too?" Sadie asked. "Totally itchy. Really bad." Katie stated. I groaned.

"Ooh, it's really itching now." Sadie stated. "Mine feels like it's burning." Kadie said. I narrowed my eyes at them.

"Okay, I have to scratch."

And the girls started scratching their butts.

"You guys are way behind the other team. Like, way behind. What's the problem?" Chris asked. I groaned. "Their butts are itchy." Courtney stated, revealing her swelling eye. I gasped. It's a good thing I brought cream to cure that.

" Ahh! Oh, my boxers, that's bad." Chris yelled.

" Did you guys squat down when you peed in the woods?" Bridgette asked.

"Yeah." Katie said.

" Did you happen to notice what kind of plants you were squatting over?" I asked.

"They were kind of oval shaped and green and all over the place." Sadie stated.

"Were they low to the ground, about this big?" Bridgette gestured to the size of the plant.

Kadie and Sadie nodded.

"You guys squatted on poison ivy." I smirked. In one of my Summer Camps, I accidentally touched poison ivy, and I got a rash.

"What do we do? Oh, no." Kadie and Sadie started panicking.

"No way. That's awesome." Chris laughed. I glared at him.

"Somebody, help us!"

Sadie and Kadie started rubbing their butts in the sand and crawling towards the ocean, making me laugh. What? It was funny.

I gave Courtney some cream back in the Killer Bass cabin to stop her eye from swelling too much. She thanked me and I smiled. I put a plaster on my bruise.

After she applied some and gave the cream back, we walked towards the place where we would discuss who to vote off.

I will be deleting my Total Drama book, which is why I'm posting the chapters here. I was also going to edit the chapter, but I'm not going too anymore.
