My made-up quirk

Name: Creation

Ability: You are able to make a person. Any age, any personality. But it has to be human. It can have a quirk or be quirkless. It is legendary for it to have a new quirk, most of the time it has a quirk that another student/person has.

Weakness: It can drain your energy, and make you pass out. It also needs at least a little attention to it. Even if you think of it having a certain power, it will probably not get it.

Name: Glitcher

Ability: You can glitch out and create illusions. If the illusion is touched, it will create pink and cyan coloured waves on the illusion and continue. When you glitch out and concentrate very hardly, you can turn your nails into tazers. The tazer can either tickle or electrocute the target. You can choose which.

Weakness: If you use it for more then 30 minutes, you will get a 10 minutes cooldown. You cannot control the illusion, you can only make it disappear. When the illusion gets touched and 'glitches', you will get dizzy and your vision will be slightly blurred for 5 minutes. Your vision does not always get blurred, but you will always get dizzy (not that much).
