so bc it's the fourth of July I ofc have to say what my favorite fake town, Mary's Field, does for it

they just kinda do what my town does bc I can't be bothered to think of anything else

just there's bounce houses,  food trucks, music (they defo have Selene sing the national anthem every year, even before she moved back to Mary's Field), small businesses have little booths and then of course we have the fireworks 

and the mayor and Eddie Blackwood make a little speech before the national anthem
