+ her mother sayuri gravely abused her. her father had never shown up, every time sayuri would get drunk, she would blame her never ending thread of hookups and loneliness on her children. whenever park's brother, hayate, was in school, sayuri would take out her anger on park. hayate would always come home and see the young girl battered and sobbing. he and his god brother, jin, had promised to protect her.

+ park was born in korea, after her mother had divorced. she was well taken care of by her older brother and step brother, but her mother was still grieving for herself and her many failed relationships. after getting a bit too drunk before driving her daughter to school, she caused an accident that had resulted in the loss of park's memory. unable to bear the guilt and pain of her daughter not knowing who she was, her mother had put her up for adoption.

+ a couple that was unable to give birth had adopted her. they had lived a rather lonely life and wanted a child, but at their old ages, they were considered grandparents. drawn to her rather chirpy nature, and sharing her last name, they had taken park with them and moved to Japan for a quiet and peaceful life.

+ park then attended raimon and joined the soccer team after meeting with the very energetic endou.

+ the team was hesitant in letting her join; given she was a girl, but after playing a game with her, they changed their minds. her strength lied in teamwork and trust, she could make a flawless back pass without blinking an eye.

+ due to her upbringing, despite not remembering any of it - park suffers severe psychological damage. she often has meltdowns when something triggers her. one of these triggers is actually hearing her own name, this is why she begs people to call her 'park', and only that.

+ she's always had insomnia, and is unable to sleep. because of this, she's on particular sleeping medication.

+ she is a very timid thing, very quiet and very anxious all the time. despite her nervousness, she is incredibly friendly and gentle. park is always wiling to accept anyone and help anyone in their time of need, even if they have done her wrong. as kind as she is, park tends to be a pushover - she is very easy to take advantage of.

+ park is a bit of a space case, she's always day dreaming, and tend to have a hard time paying attention. you could be reciting the most important thing in the world, and she'll stare at you blankly. sometimes you have to repeat things to her, then she'll finally register it.

+ she is considered very lady-like, park has very good manners and is very discreet. this completely changed when she's with her close friends from the soccer club - suddenly her talent becomes chugging a can of soda faster than anyone else. with her friends like endou, she can end up quite loud and over excited, but this only means she's having lots of fun.

+ park could also be considered a 'girly-girl'. she is by no means a tomboy, park absolutely loves anything pink. she enjoys shopping, wearing dresses and skirts. her room is full of cute trinkets, a fluffy pink carpet, matching curtains and bed sheets, along with lots of stuffed plushies on her bed.

+ despite being gullible for silly things, she can prove to be rather clever in some situations. sometimes when she's spacing out, she's observing, watching things like how others walk, react, speak, what they laugh at and what makes them smile. the things she notices can even be kind of scary.

+ animals strangely love her and grow very attached. she could sit on a bench and attract ten pigeons without doing a thing. because of this, a hoard of stray cats chased her for fifteen minutes straight and she had become forever afraid of cats.

+ as she grows, she slowly becomes very heroic. she's constantly helping others, and very often bringing them out of the darkness.

+ she's quite princely, treating girls extremely well.

+ park can be quite reckless when it comes to others. she has no fear in fighting with others that look far stronger than her. she would do nearly anything for the sake of her friends and family, and this sometimes puts her in quite difficult situations.

+ park welcomes anyone with open arms. even those who have been terrible people, she will always offer them another chance, so long as they wish to better themselves.

+ after joining and integrating into teikoku, park becomes significantly stronger. she becomes able to take on a lot of stress, but this soon becomes a bad thing, because she bottles it all up and never talks about it.

+ she ends up having an issue with her pride. she refuses to play unfairly, she'd attempt to fight anyone who shames teikoku.

+ park gives impeccable advice, but never takes it for herself.

+ if she were to get angry, it lasts only five minutes, then she can let it go. she'd throw something or sit on the floor and cry.

+ park becomes as tough as nails, she absolutely hates to feel weak and depend on others. she's always going through troubles on her own, it's so hard to tell what she's thinking. she will always fight for the greater good.

+ she can't stand herself, park constantly feels like a waste. she feels like she has no purpose on the earth - her biological parents didn't want her. therefore, her entire life is in debt to her grandparents. she's always felt pathetic, and this is what makes her want to stay constantly strong.

+ she is very maternal. another trait that makes her heroic, is the ability to always know what to say to someone - in order to cheer them up, or encourage them. she can always find the right words, and this is what makes others admire her.

+ park gives impeccable advice, but never takes it for herself.

+ she's very capable, and tends to pitch her observations to the coach during presentations. she's always had a very good eye, park can read a certain few people like a book.

+ with those she is not very close with, park tends to stay away. she believes a lot of people don't exactly like her, and she's afraid her strange behavior can rub off on others. it seems a very large amount of underclassmen actually look up to her, and learn from her.

+ park actually stays quite the same, but she becomes significantly more stubborn. she's aware that she's a very capable woman, and so, she will make that known to everyone. if park can't be capable and successful, she'll feel so very useless.

+ she doesn't like to take advice from anyone, and often this is a good trait, but at the same time it can also end badly for her. she has far too much pride.

+ she is extremely protective. the Raimon kids are so very precious to her, she will do absolutely anything for them. park treasures them much more after she loses her first child in a miscarriage.

+ park becomes rather distant with her husband for a few months, almost to the point they have a divorce. she has severe depression, and wallows her sorrow in drinking. for a while, she does this constantly, until she finally starts to become more open with her husband again.

+ kazemaru ichirouta develops an almost instant crush on her, but keeps it to himself for over a year. when it comes to park he's quiet delusional, and soon, he becomes mentally unwell after being sent to teikoku. he believes she is far too much out of his grasp, and yet, wishes to be by her side forever, no matter what.

+ he later confesses after they get into an argument, ending with the both of them in tears. park did not actually return his feelings, but she offered to give him a chance anyway. she definitely loves him as a friend, but she is possibly an aromantic, and never seems to fall in love with him. nevertheless, they are quite happy together.

+ park had transferred to raimon about a week into the school year. she'd just moved to inazuma town, her grandparents wished to have a very quiet and peaceful life with her.

+ she was placed in the same class as kazemaru, her desk is right in front of his. going home one day, she met endou and kino - who told her about the soccer club that was looking for members. far too shy, and reluctant because of her grandmothers strange wishes against soccer, park didn't give a proper answer - even still, the principal said females weren't allowed on a male's team.

+another day, she sees endou playing with the younger kids by the riverside. she ends up joining, and later, decided she wants to play soccer with him.

+ park had stayed with raimon throughout the football frontier of season one. she held a spot on the team as a regular but was benched a few times after minor injuries. during the match against Sengoku Igajima, she lost her nerve watching kirigakure play around with the team. this lead to her abandoning her spot on the field to head up for the attack - despite being a defender. because of this, kidou had suggested she become a libero instead.

+ during season two, she'd also helped raimon fight against aliea gakuen. after members started to leave the caravan, she spent a lot of time feeling guilty. kazemaru and kurimatsu had been close friends of hers, she felt as if she hadn't done her job as a friend well enough. after endou had gotten his grip, he was there to encourage her and spur her on.

+ after defeating aliea and genesis, raimon was then encountered by the dark emperors. kazemaru had wrecked the team to the ground effortlessly. the crowd watching had started to chant for raimon, but out of frustration and anger, park told them to 'shut up'.

+ season three, she was only able to try for inazuma japan due to hibiki pulling some strings. it was very strange to have a girl on an all boys team, but she was bid good enough. park hadn't taken any major roles, but she was respected due to being a raimon original.

+ after starting high school, park's grandparents opened a cafe, which she later took ownership of.

+ a woman that had often visited the cafe for coffee and grew rather close to park when she was about nineteen, had offered her a job as a personal maid. the woman had a husband and only one son that was about eight years. park had to refuse, she couldn't see herself as a maid for a rich family. this was how she met shindou, who admired her quite a bit. park became very attached to him, strangely almost as if he was her son.

+ when she was twenty-three, she had gotten married to kazemaru, and they moved into her home - her grandparents bought a cottage further into the countryside.

+ park's depression, becomes unbearable for her sometimes. the medication doesn't work enough, and she turns to alcohol. this could probably be the cause of the miscarriage she had, which made things even worse, and she drank even more.

+ after meeting a very defeated tenma and shindou, park learned about the troubles raimon was going through. endou then asked for a bit of her help in training, she was glad to comply. park often brought over snacks for the team. she was very easy to talk to, so this brought the kids to her whenever they had troubles.

+ through chronostone, she stays with them during every time jump. originally, she wasn't very close with gouenji and kidou, but later they become better friends as she helps.

+ at age 24, she loses a child about 4 months in. both her and kazemaru completely crumble because of the miscarriage. ever since, she'd started drinking, and drinking. out of pure fear for her health, kazemaru refuses to have another child. not until he was 27, and she was 26 did they ever try again.

+ their second child, chaeya, was born perfectly healthy. she'd stopped drinking for a few years, until chaeya was around 9. at this point, park could be considered an alcoholic, just like her mother. her depression worsened, she was on more medication, and taken over by trauma.

+ after raimon was disbanded to spread soccer across japan, park was appointed to kasamino academy. this was a school that didn't have a soccer team. park started a soccer club and managed to get enough members, and even a few females as well. she spent three months at kasamino before suddenly being transferred to teikoku. kageyama had asked for her. she was upset to leave the team she just started, but promised to be there for them whenever they needed her. she then moved on to teikoku.

+ kageyama had no ill intention in the slightest. he merely looked over the members of the original raimon and thought she would have been a good fit for the new team he wished to build. he really had turned a new leaf. he's familiar with her older brother hayate, and his suspicious were confirmed - her plays resembled his very well. in fact, she was perfect for teikoku.

+ kazemaru was terribly strict as the reinforcement member and trainer. he was mortified, seeing her in the school one day, and then in the soccer team. park hadn't paid much mind to how bad he suddenly treated her. she'd made very good friends with the members of the soccer team, especially fudou akio, sakuma jirou and genda koujirou. while the team had very good teamwork, she brought good influence in trust. even if they disliked kazemaru for being rude, they trusted his wit. they trusted one another to be there for them, not only in soccer, but whenever they were in need. it was a very different light for teikoku.

+ park was picked for inazuma japan, along with kazemaru and fudou from teikoku. it was a very bittersweet parting, but she promised keep in touch with genda and sakuma very often. she did exactly that.

+ when gouenji was injured during the match against korea, the team had later visited him to the hospital. while going to purchase a can of soda, park had bumped into a very familiar face - who turned out to be ichihoshi hikaru - mitsuru's younger brother. after meeting him, she'd offered to visit him more often. every time she brought flowers and treats to cheer him up. this had brought hikaru to look up to her as an older sister.

+ she was a very quiet member on the team, never caused trouble and was very kind to the other members. although after ichihoshi caused a lot of commotion, she was very upset with kidou for getting out of hand. strangely, she was not upset with ichihoshi. endou's morals had rubbed off on park perfectly, they were very much just trying to do the right thing.

+ when nosaka had returned to japan, she nearly wanted to quit the team. he's used grid omega, and brought only a few other members of the team into his plan. uzbekistan was immobile, and he taunted them. she'd watched the whole thing, and felt terrible. she'd told him what he did was no better than what they had done, and made her point clear to kazemaru as well - who was terribly sorry.

+ nosaka had still went on to manipulating the team and keeping secrets. this ended with kazemaru and fubuki getting hurt. after the match, she point blank punched him in the jaw. this sparked a lot of controversy asides from fudou constantly teasing her about it.

+ she'd joined afurodi, hiroto and iwato to the amusement park just for the sake of having fun. though, during the match against the navy invaders, she was kindly asked to get the ball to either of the three as many times as needed. without any complaints, she complied.

+ after fudou's injury, she was just as devastated as he was. his mind was made up that he'd leave the team and head back to japan despite her protests. park had ended up bawling on his shoulder after he'd asked her to win for him.

+ park was late to the match against brazil, she'd followed fudou to the airport without him knowing. all of a sudden he hears someone call his name, and starts freaking out because he told her not to come after him. since she did so anyway, they had one last goodbye, he spontaneously kissed her forehead and then took off. she managed to get back to the arena during the second half and was immediately furious with Inajapan's choise to play foul. as soon as she was switched in, she refused to pass to anyone that'd cheat.

+ during the last match against shadow of orion, hayate made his appearance as the resistance team's new coach. park had a meltdown, and yet she still played in the match. afterwards, hayate and jin explained everything to her, and apologized. they let her know that if she wanted them out of her life, then they would disappear without a trace, without any complaints. after a while, she refused saying; "if we were once close. im sure we can be close again."

+ after the FFI, kazemaru asks park to go back to raimon with him. unfortunately, she refused, saying teikoku was her home now. because of this, hayate had retired as a hitman, and became teikoku's coach.
