Project-22 under the title of "God." is one of the most well kept secrets throughout the entire organization of Raptor Machina, only two beings ever knowing of the concept's existence. That being Aldia Bourquin himself, the creator of the project, and Bird, supreme leader of Raptor Machina. The reason for this level of secrecy is because of what the project covers and with the clue of the project's title, the focus is not so hard to discern. Project-22 "God." is an theorized and planned operation with the purpose to create a God. No attempt has been made to start the project even after 400 years after Aldia first made the plan but the required materials are currently in the possession of Aldia and ready to be used if it is decided for the project to begin.

But how do you create a god? With research and various observations through the universes Aldia has devised a method that through only a single artifact and the required resources it is possible to create a god or even several ones that are controllable and loyal. A control that exceedingly few has ever achieved over beings of such power.

First step, the artifact, known simply as "The Red Gate". 

It is a construct that was first found on the planet of "Rotfront" within a massive cave 11 kilometers (6,8 Miles) under the planet's surface made out of obsidian black stone. It is currently stored within an alternate storage dimension which Aldia can access wherever. The artifact works as a gate to another dimension that can't be found or accessed any other way, and it is within that other dimension that the requirements to continue the process is found. 

Second step. This dimension is filled with an endless desert of dark, blood red sand with temperatures reaching as low as -160 degrees Celsius (-256 Fahrenheit). Out of the desert, stone pillars emerge very much like the pillars that make out The Red Gate but these pillars through scans have been shown to descend much, much further down than what can be seen on the surface. The depths vary but the deepest one that Aldia managed to find went as far down as at least 652 kilometers (405 Miles). Because of the blood red fog that covers the land and its weird property of interfering with technology of any kind it is impossible to discern where and what the dimension is, if it's a planet or something else. But as previously mentioned, it is within this dimension that the next step in the project can be made. An unknown number of individuals throughout the multiverse have a chance when entering this dimension to awaken a psychic power within them that can potentially be strong enough to terraform entire solar systems with but a mere thought. The after effects of this awakening vary but a shared effect is that if the subject has eyes, one eye will start to bleed immensely before liquidating into a pool of blood. This process is immensely painful but shortly after the subjects will note that they can seemingly see "everything", and through the fog in the sky of the dimension, a giant red eye will appear. If the subject lacks eyes some other sensory organ or even a whole sense will be lost. 

Finding these individuals though would be hard. They seem to be extremely rare and you would need to scour the multiverse for almost an eternity without almost no way to know who is the right one without bringing them, one by one, to The Red Gate. But key word. Would. Because somehow, Aldia, someway, sometime, managed to acquire one of these individuals, that being Arianne Yeong, or now more known as the template used for the ARIN Pattern series of Replika Sub-alterns. The ARIN Pattern are also actually capable of awakenings just like Arianne once was some 400 years ago but as said, only Aldia and Bird know of this fact. 

Arianne's current status, whereabouts and fate is currently only known to Aldia himself. 

Third step. The goal now is to have the awakened individual create a god of the cosmos but for even these now unbelievably powerful people that is still an impossible task. But that is because they lack the fuel to power the ritual and through various finds, research and simulations, Aldia has figured out the necessary resources needed. Many fuels have been found usable. Mana and magic, fission and fusion nuclear reactors, even whole stars can be used as fuel for the ritual. But not a single one is even a thousandth as efficient for this specific ritual. The best fuel needed to birth a very own god for oneself through the use of The Red Gate, is the sacrificed souls of life. The more complex soul, which is achieved by the soul having a large personality and high intelligence (Sentience like that found among humans and other sentient races) the more effective, as they are worth much more than the usually more simple souls of animals, plants and other more simple life. But the cost is still overwhelming, with estimations being around the sacrifice of four entire universes filled with life. All life, from the smallest of bacteria to the greatest being the whole starsystem could offer, all snuffed out before one can even blink. The lives of potentially billions, gone. But the choice to sacrifice such a massive quantity of people who each and everyone has a life of their own, to gain the potential power, is a choice some people would and have made, for much, much less. But what do they gain in this scenario? 

The power of God.
