Physical Appearance;
Noeile has long, thin, straight hair that is naturally dark brown but dyed a honey blonde. Because of her obsession with body image, she has had multiple surgeries, specifically in her breast, buttocks, and nose. Ironically, she hardly wears any makeup due to the ideal image in Venezuela being a "natural island princess" look which includes a natural face, a fit body, nice clothes, decent hair, a natural tan, no body hair, big dark eyes, semi- large breast and a perky butt, etc. ( The body standards may also be due to the hot climate, which causes everyone to expose their skin much more than a colder climate place). She has light brown eyes that have flecks of gold in them and long black lashes. Naturally she is somewhat short (5'4") but due to the intake of growth hormones and other lengthening surgeries and stretches she is actually 5'8".

Personality & Interests;
Noeile is all about being healthy. She regularly diets and exercises to keep herself in shape. She is said to be extremely vain and close minded about many things, some claim she has a " traditional" mind set. She believes that if something bad happens to someone it is because they deserve it, thus making her rather unhelpful most of the time. However, she is still very family oriented and seems to act a little bit different around them ( more respectful and helpful when needed). She is also what one could call " the life of the party" and always has good connections. She has a knack for makeup and hair, she claims she was born to make people look beautiful.

Relations;

Columbia- She and columbia have been close since the start, they often had each other's backs and were definitely " best friends for life" that is, until very recently, Noeile had gotten upset with the other country and pretty much trashed their entire relationship. Columbia, who was shocked, is trying to keep calm. Thankfully, other countries actually noticed ( England and America for example) and so Vennie is kind of on a temporary surveillance regarding how she treats other countries

Spain- Obviously, Vennie was one of Spain's colonies. However, she was kind of ignored as a colony because she did not have as much gold as the neighboring colonies did. However, she did everything to please him.  Eventually, she gave up and teamed up with Colombia and whooped his ass. Now they are alright. He still sees her as an annoying child though.
