Weaver can only be described as a deceiving, calculated killer. He's literally insane and not afraid to show it. He is often making split second choices without warning and will change his mind frequently keeping everyone around him on their toes. He's a wild mess likely to either cut you or kiss you and he will never tell which is his intention. But he is a firm believer that that is what makes life so fun. Not knowing the outcome. 
If it wasn't for his intense relationship with his girl people might have thought he was a sociopath. Weaver has a reputation for being cold and uncaring, he has been caught on camera laughing in the face of a child before shooting said child. So it's really a wonder if he has any emotion aside joy and anger inside of him.
Weaver can count the things he cares about on his right hand. Himself, his girl, his brandy, his gun and his knife. Although not particularly in that order.

Weaver can go from being jumpy with ticks all over to being the calmest person in a burning building and this is one of the reasons most people fear him. His morals are very questionable and it's doubted that he has any at all. Although there is one thing that can be said about Weaver and that is that he has a lot of passion. Whether it's for his girl or killing a bunch of people Weaver can show a lot of passion and he is completely possessive of everything that he see's as his.

Charming, manipulative and with a gun he'll never miss.
