Liva and her twin could be seen as the more 'reckless' and well-humoured pair out of them all. Like her sister, she tends to never take anything seriously and will find a joke out of any situation. Even though their life sucks and everything is terrible somehow the two have managed to keep an optimistic view, or at least they act as if they do. 

Liva tends to have a morbid sense of humour and will make light of every situation, probably as a coping mechanism although she wouldn't be able to tell you otherwise. She likes to run into situations head first without thinking them through and this has often caused her a fair bit of pain. She's broken limps over and over again because she took on situations that she wasn't acquitted for and she tends to get into a lot of fist fights. 
Liva has always been seen as one of the weaker members, and compared to her twin her powers seem lacking. 
She has no attacking power with her 'gifts' which means she trains a lot to become stronger with her body. 

Liva has been known to get on the other bad sides, she likes pulling pranks and messing with people. The scientists who raised her had hoped her and her sister would grow out of it, especially since they were punished an awful lot for it but that never came to be. Livia is as feisty and rebellious as ever, and even though she has never questioned an order she will still complain and make sure to go about her own way in doing it. 

Somehow she feels that gives her a little more control when in reality she is a slave to her captures. Liva knows there is something lacking in her memories, for at times there will be flashes of what once was, sounds, smells even but she can never fully grasp onto the image. All she's know is that in a past life she was always laughing. Which may be one of the reasons she refuses to let herself be dragged down into despair now. 

When it comes to her sister Livia is rather lacks compared to some of the other twins, sure she loves her and will protect her but she has never once stepped into a fight between her sister and Another person. The two have a sort of mutual understanding that they can take care of themselves unless someone else tries to jump in then Liva is there. 
Liva likes to think of herself as the older twin even though the two of them don't really know who was born first. 
The two always seem to know when the other wants to get up to some kind of mischief even without saying a word and if asked they say it's a twin thing. 

Really the two are more like best friends than sisters. 

Liva has always known when her sister was distressed, even when they were far apart she has always had some sort of a sense for her pain. Something that has only amplified since she got her 'gifts'  

Chaotic Good 

They call her the Blood Hound 

Livia's bloodhound ability enables her to track down people or objects no matter how far they have travled with just a scent from something they have touched. This ability gives her a high sense of smell which is enhanced by brain power. Other sents can often get in the way such as perfume but she can normally work around it if given the time. For the best result having something touched recently is preferable, the longer something has been away from the scent she needs to find the harder they are to find. 

1. With an object that a person has touched Livia is able to find them anywhere in the world just by their scent. Weakness: The further away they are the longer it takes and the more strain it puts on her mind, she has been known to get bloody noses from this, and if a person doesn't want to be found they can often push her back which has lead to seizures. 

2. With a part of a person body (say hair or blood even a nail) Livia can see them from wherever they are, although she has a harder time finding where they are when doing this. Weakness: If she spys for longer than a few seconds the subject can often sense her presence which causes her to be knocked out of the vision and even become unconscious for several hours or days depending on how strong the person is. 

3. If someone were to ingest or inject a part of Livia into them (like her blood or saliva) she would be able to sense their presence whenever they were in a 100-mile radius of her until Livia has passed through their system. of course, since her sister shares her blood Livia can always sense her. Weakness: Once she has passed through she will need to put herself into them again to find them again, the scientist often takes a lot of her blood and put it in the others so that they always know where everyone is. This has made her anaemic at times.

Livia fears losing herself, the idea of having no control and no personality just being a mindless puppet scares her more than anything. It is a fear that the scientist have put into her head to try and keep her under control although it often just makes her act out more. 

Livia and her sister came into the facility a lot later than the other pairs, although they were seen to have potential. Often Livia would cry through the night for the family she had left behind something the others wouldn't have been able to relate to, up until her memories were erased she would always talk about running away and finding them. 
Livia was put into rehab more times than she can count for these little plans she made, and often the testing done on her was to her brain and senses. 

Inducing sickness was something that happened to Livia a lot, a way of making her clogged senses still work even when they were foggy and unwell. These days she seems to be immune to most sickness. 

Since she and her sister came in late Livia was always withdrawn from the other pairs, she avoided them at all costs and wouldn't speak when around them for several years until she found her voice and her attitude...
