Bea is a bit of a wild card. He's rather crazy and excitable and loves to get into mischief, he is often finding opportunities to make some sort of trouble for others and will never pass up a good prank. 
He has a particular love for fireworks, or maybe it's just fire. He's close to his brother, closer than most siblings are the two are hardly ever seen apart and when they are you can never say which one you're talking to since they like to pretend to be each other. But if you know them well enough you could pick Bea out as the slightly louder and somewhat shorter one. Even if it is only by an inch. 
If he wasn't a rich boy Bea might have ended up in juvie for some of the things he's pulled but his parents are often getting him and his brother out of the trouble they cause. He lives with a sense of security knowing that the money he had will always get him out when things are too tough, which only adds to his troublesome behaviour. 
Aside from all that Bea is actually pretty smart. He used to get high grades until he just sort of stopped caring and stopped trying. He's a bit of a bookworm and no matter how much of a troublemaker he was he never gave up his love for a good fiction book. Adventure is his favourite genre, maybe with a little romance shoved in there. 

Bea's brain works best when it comes to science and problem-solving. He loves knowing how things work and you could often find him pulling apart his electronic toys as a kid. Of course, most of his passion isn't' explored anymore but you may be able to catch him poking around at the odd gadget if you're lucky. 

Bea was your average spoiled kid, snooty and smart. As a kid, he and his brother were often mistaken and at first, they hated it but it got to a point where they started to make it a game. Even back then they enjoyed messing with people but it wasn't until the fostering started that things got more out of hand. 
It was the start of middle school when their parents thought they'd try and help out some kids, they even moved into a larger apartment to fit them all. 

In middle school, the boy's pranks escalated and they started to mess around with people mostly adults. It was also around this time that Bea started to realize he wasn't straight, this was the first and only secret he ever kept from his brother. He even had a boyfriend for a while, well until Jay got it in his head to pretend to be his brother without asking. Let's just say he wasn't too thrilled when another boy tried to kiss him, and we could also say that that boy was annoyed at both brothers and after that Bea no longer had a boyfriend. 
It wasn't how Bea was expecting to come out, and after that, he didn't speak to his brother for an entire week. Which was odd for the two of them. 
But it's hard to stay mad at your twin forever so before long the two were back to pranking the school. 

Once in high school the two may have gotten into more trouble then they could handle when they set fireworks off in the hall. They almost burned down the entire school because of that, they were suspended for several months after that.  Right at the end of high school, Bea fell into a disagreement with his brother and the two haven't spoken since. 

Plans for the year:
Bea honestly has no idea what he wants to do, he has already been accepted into several colleges but he currently sees no real future ahead of him.
