Name: Caspian Falcov (his name and last name were given by people. Caspian because it's just a male version of Cassiopeia and Falcov because his bird-like appearance)

Face claim: Maxence Danet-Fauvel (his full human form. His bird like form is when he has dark blue and grey feathers almost all over his body except his shoulders, face and upper arms. He has legs like an actual bird {like black falcon} and the other half of his arms also has rough, dark blue skin with sharp, medium sized claws.

He doesn't have actual wings but does have a tail and can control which stage of transformation he's in. Even in his human form he lets himself have his bird legs because you can just move faster and better than with shoes)

Personality: He's not the warmest guy to be around. Sure, he can indeed be helpful, but he'll do kind things because he's a decent half-human being BUT only if the situation calls it.

He is someone who truly doesn't give a damn anymore and will always say it how it is. Don't even try to bs with him, he'll call you out on it and if you continue then he'll just walk away and if you keep talking then he'll just flip you off.

Of course it doesn't mean that he's impatient. He just isn't really someone to like his time wasted.

He's flexible and adapts to situations easily as he had no choice but to do that all his life.

Powers (I felt like I needed to include this): Night vision, superhuman stamina, agility, durability, faster than a human (in his bird appearance) but it's not really super speed. He's also stronger than average human in his bird form but it's not exactly super strength as well.

Backstory:

He came from a planet that he barely remembers. He doesn't know how he was stranded in Cassiopeia and was basically blinded by all the technology lights just flashing around. He was only a kid and thankfully later in his life he got glasses that solved that problem.

His natural appearance got him bullied, rejected and everything in between.  He didn't know if he had a human form until just a few years ago but the damage was already done and honestly he had grown to prefer his bird-like appearance.

Of course there were people who were interested in him and liked that he was different but those people were rare yet they taught him that being different isn't anything bad.

He possessed abilities that no other human had so he embraced that because of them and used them to his advantage.

When it comes to his origin...he's still trying to find it but he honestly doesn't really care anymore. If he gets a lead, of course he'll be curious to know where it goes but if it reaches dead end then he won't be too sad about it.
