Outfit: he has a mask likes Robin's but instead of black, it's blue. He wears a blue hood that's dark enough for him not to see if face. He has a blue cape connected to it that goes down do his ankles. It long enough to wrap around his body. His shirt is white with a blue bird on it similar to the Nightwing (Which is why Robin used it) and he has high boots.

Bio: Christen and his older brother Zachary met the Justice league when Christen was 7. Zachary loved archery and Green Arrow shot Christen down. So, he went to Batman who assigned his mentor Dick Grayson. They became friends quickly. Dick was older then he was but they still were close.

Christen lived in Gotham and went to Gotham academy. After Dick left to go solo, Christen was offered a chance to be the next Robin, but he refused. Instead, he went as a solo hero by the name ice bird to honor Dick has the first Robin.

Christen can't control his powers very well but Raven helped him out once he joined the Titans. He was a Titan before his brother was. He came after the Titans they saved Tokyo. Robin was the one to invite his "brother". Christen wasn't to keen on Beast boy but he liked how Raven's style was. Now, he uses his powers really well and they are extremely powerful. He could freeze the whole city if he wanted to (which he has done a accident before)
