Outfit: she wears dark night vision goggles and wearing a tight black shirt and has her hair in a braid. She has a utility belt that is white and has all kinds of hacking items and other things in it. She wears black boots.

Bio: Chloe ran away when she was 12. She was frightened of her older brother and decided to leave. She spied on other heroes to learn there attack moves and their techniques. She also picked up a thing or two from them. She takes a special spying interest in Robin. She watched him in Young Justice a lot. She stole his hacking devices once he left. Robin still has no idea she's spying on him.

She decided to become a villain when she found out her brother became a hero. She never liked her brother, and she doesn't know why. Probably because she doesn't know why.

She left to train with Ra's a couple years after the Titans were made. Because of this, she spent lots of time with Talia Al Ghul. She was like the Mother she never had. So, she grew close to Damian Wayne AKA the fifth Robin. After he left, she did as well.

She will meet up with Red Hood when Bruce wasn't in Gotham and when Dick was batman. Jason never noticed her and when he did, he'd tell her to "bug off"
