Looks: he has cold sapphire eyes and snow white hair about mid length. (He is not related to Kakashi. His hair is due to his Kekkei genkai.) His skin tone is pretty light but not as much as Sasuke

Height: 4"8

Personality: Hikaru has trouble working with people because he is afraid of hurting others. He has very little control of his Kekkei genkai and because of its power it's easy to harm people by accident. He's a good kid but doesn't believe he is. He loves nature and spends most of his time in the forest.

Speciality: he is most skilled in archery and is pretty decent at Taijutsu.

Kekkei Genkai: His Kekkei genkai is Light release which goes both well with his name and his fighting style once he can control it. But since no one taught him how to use it he can hurt both himself and others by accident.

Struggles: he struggles with most ninjutsu but he really just needs more training. He is terrible at Genjutsu.

Backstory: Hikaru was the youngest addition to Umino household and it would have been welcome had it not been near the kyuubi attack. At first their parents were excited about the pregnancy but with everything going and ninetails attacking through the last part they decided it was too much and kept it secret from their oldest child. Hikaru was born two days before the attack and the parents intended on giving him away to a nice family. They never got around to it as the attack was so sudden and they just never got the time. Hikaru was found in the rubble of Umino household and was taken to the orphanage. while he lived In the orphanage he hated it there and ran away as soon as he was able living in an old abandoned house by the forest and living of game he hunted or food he stole.

Dreams: his dream is to be able to control his power so he wont hurt anyone ever again. Maybe he wont be so lonely anymore.
