Background: After Death was first able to escape hell, he found his reapers defenceless and dying...but found one of the people who ruled beside him as an advisor fighting off an angel expertly. Death helped Kylo defeat the angel and started formally training him, the two years apart but seeming like brothers. Once Death was freed from his cage and returned beaten and broken, the first to step forward was one of the best friends he could've asked for - Kylo.

Other: The jacket was given to him by Death after promising his squadron, The First Order would always be the most honoured for what they'd done to help him and protect their land in his absence.
