Bio:

Niro is the one of the few angels of death which is another name for grim reapers. The reason they get their name is usually due to their unique color pallets, having white dots that glow like a starry night.

The originally serve the Harvester being small minions, and sometimes you can find them assisting the real grim reapers of the other world.
Although grim reapers can tell when someone is going die long before it happens, the angels of death guide the souls to the other side.

There is not that many of them however, and job itself is on its last leg due to lack of a harvester for the pass years.
