The mangled dragon is originally supposed to similar to thorn, but as discovered she is mangled and torn apart.
As to how they got that way is in their memory bank.

How they got separated from the hive is unknown, but when it was hatched it could not keep itself together. Being seen as a defective, the outbreak in its natural instinct tried to kill it.

Luckily it managed to escape and found refuge in orphanage, where it was found by kids. However the kids mistaken them for a toy and tore it apart, and thought it was a put it together yourself things. The nanny of the joint tried to get rid of it, but this caused it to act aggressively.

The mangled glitch proceeded to slaughter the nanny as well the children.

Eventually local authorities found it and sound horrific scene. The kids and nanny were shredded, disemboweled, and wires just woven within their bodies.

The only found the mangled dragon's body on the ground. They confiscated it wondering if it was the reason it killed them.

History repeating itself, the mangled killed the police in their own police station.
With two cases of the mangles doing it was discovered by the SCP foundation, but before it could get properly transferred. Deimos found it and took it from them and set it in the labyrinth.

Other:

It is hard to distinguish if they are male or female, their voice constantly switches vocals and is distorted.

It uses it wires creating a web like room, acting like a spider at times. However it has shown to use the wires to swing around and move.
