The Hidden World is name Zarola gave to it, but talking to the locals they call their home Tyrina.

Differences:

Earth and Tyrina have a lot of similarities, but Tyrina holds some older traditions such as having a heroes guild, emperor and empress. There is one continent with different nations divided by a river in the same of a snake.
Myths are also free roam but usually are owned by someone, since most myths in Tyrina follow a primitive behavior.

Number one hero: their version of a number one hero is one known as the Grandmaster. There is currently none that has been selected, so a lot of diamond ranked heroes are squabbling and fighting each other over it.
The grandmaster is selected by the guild, who they test the hero with a grandmaster trial which is not discussed. Because those who take the trial are killed due to its difficulty.

There are a lot of ranks within the guild, starting from Porcelain, Obsidian, bronze, silver, platinum, diamond, then grandmaster.
They identified by wearing dog tags that match their rank, and have their identity on them. Just in case they need to identify the body of an unfortunate soul.

The world is designed in a very dungeon and dragons like setting, with heroes being classified into different classes. There is also very few number of people who possess a quirk in Tyrina.
Those that possess a quirk are often feared or admired, depending on the user.

The Scarab -

The Scarab is the one person within the city that has a quirk called the Scarab.
The Scarab is based off of Blue beetle from DC comics.
He is able to form a blue armor around him and have appendages coming out of his back, similar to jäger.
