The Boitatá the fire snake, or snake of fire/light, is a Guarani mythical beast in Brazil.
It brings light into a dark world and sign of protection if hidden treasures.

Despite its size and a snake who are usually portrayed as villains, this huge snake moral alignment is good.

The boitatá is a guardian of the amazon forest, they can manipulate fire, transform into a log that is on fire, night vision, and lastly can cause madden with a deadly gaze.

There is two boitatá, the father and his daughter who is Brava the new operator. Her father stays at the amazon to guard it while she left to explore.

There are other fire snakes similar to the boitatá but they are more so followers. They are known as pyro snake, which are naga's that worship the boitatás.

To be able to tell the boitatá from his followers, is the multiple eyes and his eyes are very bright. Plus the others won't be as big as he is.
