Personality: Quite, closed off normally, this is due to her powers but when she's around people who's emotions she is used too(like Jason and Damian) she can be a little goofy.
Powers/Abilities: Rain is an empath who can also see the memories of other people. She can control emotions and calm people down. She can also heal other people by taking their injuries onto her own body. She is often times overwhelmed by other people's emotions(one of the main reasons she is drawn to Damian). She cannot properly control her powers yet so any skin to skin contact with her will result in her seeing a person's memories and emotions even if she doesn't want to. Another thing is if she is around too many negative emotions for too long she'll go into something called Berserker Mode, which essentially causes Rain to go into an absolute blood rage, killing everyone and everything she sees until she's physically stopped, or collapses from exhaustion.
Crush: Damian
Backstory: Unlike most superheroes, Rain actually had a very happy childhood. Her mother was a witch who often worked alongside the likes of Poison Ivy and Cat Woman to try and get money to raise her young daughter. Unfortunately things went south when one day Joker came looking for her services to help take down the Batman. Freya denied him and was forced to watch as Joker proceeded to beat the then ten year old Rain viscously. What Joker didn't count on was Rain also having magic, which lashed out nearly killing everyone in the room. Joker was able to escape but Freya used the last bit of her powers to heal Rain before she succumbed to her injuries leaving Rain on her own. Rain managed to live on her own for a few months before she met Jason Todd, who helped her get back on her feet and began to look after her as an older brother of sorts.
