Caspian is a rather sassy person that isn't afraid to say it like it is and doesn't care what people think he can be blunt to a fault but rather soft and sweet when needed. Caspian is a rather playful person with a large imagination and creative mind he encourages others especially his son to pursue what they love no matter what is in the way. He is a loyal person until you break his trust once it is broken it would take an act of god to get it back. He is protective of his family and his friends not afraid to jump to a fight in a second to defend what he feels is right.

Water Manipulation;
Caspian is able to control water but no more than what he weighs any more than that would be far to heavy for him. He doesn't use his quirk for fighting . . . Much. He only knows how to do basic self defense with his quirk but he uses it mainly to keep his son, nephew and niece entertained. Over use of his quirk can cause Caspian to feel weighed down and tired extreme over use of his quirk can cause him to have Decompression Sickness or the bends it causes Caspian to have bad fatigue and horrible pains in his muscles and joints.

Dragon physiology,
Inherited from his mother dragon physiology allows for Caspian to have features of a dragon though his features aren't as physically prominent as his mother. Caspian has thick sharp claws as well as a double set of fangs and sharp teeth. Caspian has behaviors that are very similar to a cat and can make dragon noises that sound much like a feathered dinosaur.

Background:
Being the second born of the Royce brothers Caspians childhood was a lot. His father being the leader singer of a famous European band and his mother being a full time hero. Caspian and Hanaji where always on the road Shizuka taking up as many world missions as he possibly could to be close to his sons it became too much for Cetus and Shizuka to keep things up. The two broke up and Shizuka took both of the boys and moved back to Japan Caspian rarely saw his father and grew distrust for him always having empty promises that would never be fulfilled but his father. His distrust in father figures grew even more when his youngest brothers father Indigo left as well a father figure caspian had felt close with but felt abandoned by when the other left. It caused Caspian to become cold and closed off to everyone pushing them all as far away as he could and he would practically keep the world as far from him as he could. In high school Caspian was often picked on and sexualized for being omega though he didn't care he didn't speak out or even acknowledge those who teased him but there was one boy who would torment him to the extreme every day burning Caspians homework throwing out what ever makeup caspian kept in his bag but the other wouldn't do anything just feeling so numb to the world it wasn't until one day Souta had enough of the bullying and teasing that the other students would do to caspian. Souta having stopped one of caspians bullies from dumping a bucket of glue on caspians head a fight broke out. Souta sending Caspians main bully off to the hospital Caspian fell head over heals for Souta never having had someone in his life to defend him in such away Caspian let his walls come down and grow close to Souta learning that the two weren't so different both having dragon heritage and a hate for how dragon society treats the lower class and omegas as trash to be thrown away once its purpose is fulfilled. The two got together and they graduated Caspian really got into his music again a passion he had since childhood but fell out of once he got into high school. Caspian would go to local bars and restaurants playing his songs and started to grow a following. He was approached by a man who said he was looking for a lead singer in his band. After talking things over with Souta, Caspian joined the band helping them find their sound and creating the name The Bottom Feeders for the band and creating their own record label recording out of a record shop that one of the band members family owns. As the band grew more in popularity the could never seem to break out into full on stardom but that was something caspian was content with as long as he could play his music he was happy. Though after a year of being in the band Caspian fell pregnant with his and Souta's son Dante. Caspian had to take a step back due to his health declining from his pregnancy becoming a producer for the record label continuing to help the band make music until it was time for him to give birth and raise his son it was one of the most painful but happiest moments in Caspians life. Becoming a parent is something he takes pride in and raises his son to be a good person though Caspian doesn't let being a mom stop him from continuing his career he started to bring Daishi to the recording studio once he was able too letting Daishi help him make music and even let Daishi play around in the recording booth.
