About: There once was a boy named Ray who would report every crime to the sheriff. He only did this because of a curse that made him do so, a curse that made him tell the truth. One day, he caught his parents stealing food for him and his sister. He told, as he would always, the sheriff and his parents only got a warning.
However, they didn't like that. They were angry at their ungrateful son, not knowing the curse. They cut out his tongue to keep him from speaking ever again.
However, the next time they tried to steal gold, Ray still told. His curse forbidded him to be silent. In retaliation, they sewed his mouth shut tight with a white thread that turned red from his blood. But no one thought anything of it, thinking the boy just kept his mouth shut now. His mother is an excellent sewer.
But the boy couldn't stop, writing notes to the sheriff now too. His parents didn't find out for a while, but eventually they did. They didn't know how to punish the poor boy now, who was starving and dehydrated now. They didn't care about that, however, still thinking Ray was an ungrateful brat. Since no punishment came to mind, they cut the threads enough so he could eat and drink in small amounts. They needed him alive for the punishment, after all.
It took until Ray was twenty that they had a punishment. They called their son home and said they were going to undo the threading. Of course, the man was happy to hear that and rushed home. But instead of undoing, they were redone and even tighter than before, muffled screams barely slipping out.
And then came his final punishment. A knife to his throat, killing the poor man quickly. His suffering was over...or it would be, if he wasn't cursed. He roamed the Earth, still cursed to whisper the truth into people's ears.
Some call him angel, an angel of truth.
Some call him a demon, a demon of lies.
Some say they can hear screams of pain passing by his old home, of which he is tied too.
Some say that a man with tightly closed lips appears when you lie.
Some say he was murdered.
Some say he was never alive.
But no matter what they say, Ray is still cursed to tell the truth...

Powers: He can talk without opening his mouth or needing a tongue. He can teleport, go invisible, and see what words are lies and what words are truths.
If angered, he can actually open his mouth, tearing the threads, to issue a blood freezing scream.
