She never specified what she wanted, but all of them were granted. She used electricity more than anything, so her rebirth as a demon kept that aspect of her living self. Because of how powerful she showed herself to be...she instantly got a high status. The chance to make deals...but she was specific with who she dealt with. People who were once like her; having injustice done to them, wanting powers they never had the chance to have.
She makes it easy to find her; just go to where lighting strikes the Earth during a storm. It doesn't matter what time it happens at or what amount of force it has...it just has to be a spot where electricity met the ground.
