Personality: She is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet in your life. She loves helping those in need or those who want to learn baking. Unfortunately she doesn't trust people very much.. Shes known to be calm in diffrent situations and keeps herself motivated difficult situations by her motto "Theres always a way to save something.". She actually prefers to keep her back covered up because of a preety nasty scar. Being fluent in french and american her buisness is where many tourist go to since its easier to communicate and buy items. She also adopts rescue animals she has three so far. She wanted more but the city of Paris restricts more then 3 animals in an apartment building. Oh yeah she doesn't celebrate her birthday. And then there's the panic attacks, you see Maddy suffers from high anxiety levels. So every once and awhile she either has night terrors or if someone touches her without her seeing them she will scream in absolute terror.

Likes: She loves sweets and bakeing (duh) Though tell you a secret, she is the proud owner of her 3 favorite animals. Lilac the hedgehog, Sizzle the leopard gecko, and Balto the doberman. Soccer is her passion sport and how she keeps fit. And making pastry combos (again duh)

Dislikes: Peas, she cant eat them without throwing up. Arrogant people tick her off as well as know it alls. Also when people order her sweets then take one bite and throw it away it makes her feel like utter crap.

Strength's: Knowing her way around the kitchen and ingredients. Making elaborate designs on her sweets. She strangely has a way with animals and loves incorporating them in her pastry designs both mythical and normal.

Weakness: she has known to collapse at random times because she never knows when to stop working and take breaks.

Background: Maddy grew up in a rough neighborhood and was bullied constantly through out her school years. To cope she started baking and she found she actually quite liked it. So when the time came she went to culinary school for a full 4 years after graduating early at the age of 19. Once she had enough money she moved to paris and worked for a top chef who treated her like his own daughter. She later bought her own little shop in a cute little shopping district. Her father took off on her mother when she found out she was pregnant with Maddy. And then in highschool she took a hard blow, she came home from a soccer game to find her mother unresponsive on the floor. She had suffered a heart attack....and she never woke up.
