Although rin's dad did kill her parents reina does not hold a grudge against rin, since after all no child chooses their parent.  Reina was taken to shiro when satan killed her parents and ever since she's stayed in her room even after shiro died. She joined true cross academy a while after rin because she followed him and yukio around a lot.
