Appearance:
Milena has long, blonde hair that reaches down to her knees. She wears a rainbow crystal wing hair ornament with the left side of her bangs clipped to her head along with a ribbon tied near her hair ornament. The colour of the ribbon will depends on her outfit, as she has box of it made by Karlene. Her favourite ribbon is black. She has green eyes and a fair complexion.

Personality:
Born to Raul, a member of the Lorca Tribe and Karya, a noblewoman of Tania, Milena has been training in magic since adopted by Karlene and shows great talent for it. She's been a best friend of Cecilia since childhood and surrogate big sister to the younger member of the army, doing various favors such as cooking. Her kind and empathetic personality allows her to make fast friends with all kinds of people. Her feelings are profound, and she holds a face that easily imbues emotions onto others. Although she tries her best to hold dignity as the older one, she has a tendency to become gentle towards Lance and those younger than her.

She always tries to stay cheerful and positive to balance out others pessimism. While she does her best to be mature and collected, her friends doesn't hesitate to playfully shut her down. Milena is a kind and sweet young woman with an occasionally scary side. When Roy and Elphin gets serious in thought, analyzing all possible outcomes, Milena acts as a "voice of reason" for them, asking them not to overthink things. Despite Lance's constant actions of protecting her, she is also taking an active role in protecting him and aiding the army even if sometimes that puts her in danger. While Milena has strong emotional ties with Lance, she often admires various aspects of many female members of the army, like their appearance and strength.

Due to her diverse background, Milena respect each and every culture equally, as raised by her mother, uncles and aunts. She is most fond of her Aunt Lyn and Aunt Eleanora, the former often teaches her the Lorca Tribe traditions while the latter took care of her when the Eliwood and co. go to Valor Isle after coming back from Arcadia.
Even if Milena doesn't lie, she mastered trickery without lying, learned from Dalen.

History:
Milena is just 3 years old when the Lorca Tribe was massacred. Saved by Karlene from the brink of death, Milena travels along with her, eventually calling her Mom.

When Milena was of age, Karlene reluctantly send her to Erk in Etruria to become a valkyrie, where she met Cecilia, who will eventually become her best friends. She receive a Sacaen horse, bought by Karlene prior to Milena's departure.

During her field training, Milena travels the world, helping many people along the way. She serves Pherae briefly, where she met Lance.

After graduation, Milena enter the service of House Ostia, serving as a guard and attendant to Lilina.

- Because Karya isn't disowned despite eloping to Sacae, Milena is still a heir to Tania and Worde, albeit much lower in the line of inheritance due to her Sacaen heritage.
