Backstory: Claire grew up in District 7, helping with the lumber production since she was a child. At the age of 17, she was reaped into the hunger games. At first, no one expected her to have a chance of winning; she seemed a very timid and weak opponent compared to all of the other tributes. When the games began, she proved them otherwise. She used her skills to stay hidden and alive. She played the other tributes so that they would kill each other, so she wouldn't have to. Her only kill came at the end of the games, when she threw an axe at the tribute from 2. When she returned home, she was scarred. She pretends that she's fine, but she can't shake her experiences in the Capital and the games.

Personality: Claire presents as shy and quiet, but she truly chooses to stay away from others to protect herself. She does have a significant amount of trauma, which manifests itself into her acting defensive towards everyone. She can be helpful and kind to those she knows and loves, which are very few people. As she's grown she has been able to hide her true feelings, always presenting herself in a kind manner.

Strengths: Claire is very handy with an axe. She is also very strategic and level-headed, which proved useful in the arena.
Weaknesses: Claire doesn't like working with others because of the fear of them hurting her. When she acts on her emotions, she can be very impulsive. She also isn't super physically strong, she can use and fight with an axe, but that's mostly it. She also is very protective of Delilah.
