Personality
Nishi is a rather short tempered kind if girl that's for sure. She's a bit more calm compares to her cousin but can be just as rambunctious if riled up or having that side ofher personality is fed into (often by Nishinoya) as well if she's at a party. Though she also has a competitive streak about her and can be ruthless at times hence her nickname of the Nekoma Valkyrie as all of that temper and competitive spirit packed into one small body gives her an explosive personality.

Backstory
Nakano was born several months before Yū and since the two were young they had always been competitive against each other when it came to everything. So eventually Nishi's parents put her into volleyball to get her energy and short temper out/put towards something productive.

She was one of the reasons Nishinoya came out of his shell in the first place and tried to be more brave. She just continued with volleyball as she grew older since it was the best way to rid herself of her anger and energy still so it just stuck.

When she got to high school in her first year her team won almost a whole tournament, mainly with how ruthless it seemed Nishi turned during games giving her the nickname the Nekoma Valkyrie as she grew to be one of the best offenses.
