Accord is the AU town that most of my Wof characters live in.

The town is organized in circles, and then spread our from there. Residents are not sorted by value, but on a first come, first serve basis.

All vendors are required to have paperwork saying that their products are safe, and nontoxic to all dragons, and must be able to prove that they are allowed to sell there. All vendors are equally as required to serve all, regardless of heritage.

Housing is sorted roughly by tribe, and then whatever land is preferred. It is uncommon to see hybrids running around, but certainly not rare.

All residents are encouraged to get to know each other, as it promotes well being and peace within the town.

Additionally, all residents are highly suggested to stay under one gender for general order, but is accepted with more than that. 

The courtyard is a very large garden that all residents are welcome to visit. Inmates are required to keep the garden looking nice, once a day. Residents are welcome to volunteer and help keep the garden looking nice. At the end of the harvest, all of the grown food goes to dragons in need, and any leftovers are used in a large, town wide feast.

Town circle is all of the official buildings, such as a jail, court, and the specialty offices, such as a Crops building, and Housing. There are 7 official buildings.

Scattered in geometric circles around the official buildings, are the shops. They are all maintained by whomever runs the shop. They are loosely sorted to have alternating types of product, but not strict.
