Story: He is an Upper-Classman from the Victorian Age who discovered the key to time-travel. He traveled into the future to discover what the world would be like... But it was not as he had expected, all this brand-new machinery that made no sense to him.
Plus there was the fact that a Time Balance Department was after him, now that he knew the key to time-travel, he could do whatever he wanted which made him a threat to the space and time continuum.
Annoyed by this, he stayed in the present and disguised himself as a police officer to prevent them from finding him.. But his anger issues might give him away soon.

Description: I just wanted to have a go at creating a stickman in Dokki.Doodlez' style. I think I did pretty well.

Facts:
- He hates new technology or "machinery" as he calls it and isolates himself from using it.

- It's a good idea to stay on his good side as he has banished people and has caused property damage when he had become furious before.

- He eventually starts dating Kiosk Guy but as he is a Victorian Age Dweller, he has no idea why he was feeling that way before. This causes him even more annoyance that he cannot find an answer.
