Personality: although one would think that Urien would adopt the personality of the person he was replicated from, he rather would not do so. So what he does in disguise, he would act like what he believes to be acceptable for human standards depending on the situation to blend in. If the situation calls to be kind, he'll be kind. If it calls to be cold or ruthless, he'll be cold or ruthless. Anything to seem like a normal human.
But as for how he is with the veil lifted, Urien is rather curious and obsessed with what it means to be human or rather..... to become one, as that is his only real goal that'll he'll never budge from, even if other things captivate him for study. He will fall back to his yearning to become human, even to the point he disregards the idea of ethics or morals. And even dehumanizes people he has taken to little more then test subjects. As to what are morals and feelings to a machine incapable of feeling anything.... Or at least that is what it seems, but the only things Urine can feel is hatred and existential dread.
As he always attempts to keep his existential dread in check as he might fall back into a downwards spiral into madness again and again and again, as many times before. Until he made it a habit to do everything in his power to ignore the oncoming anxiety that his artificial existence brings onto him... As for his hatred on the other hand, as much as it is hatred there is a layer of envy under it. As much as he hates humans for being able to hope, dream and be able to feel happiness, sadness and love.. He craves the idea to be able to feel any of those things humans do, to which not only makes him loath humans for being blessed. He feels self loathing towards himself as well for not having that blessing.
But as for how he would be for those he try to get close to him, it will be a challenge as to befriend Urien or if one can call it that... Urien will see them as a person of interest and won't put them at the same level as humans and won't consider them as test subjects. But as someone that can teach him how to understand being human instead of how he understands it, he will also protect the person since he considers them to valuable to lose. As he can't learn anymore from them if they are dead.
But even then, he also he has a strong will to live or the closest thing you can consider living to a machine. Until he can truly and properly live once he is human, so he will put his own cursed existence above all else

Frames Capabilities:

Universal: all frames have the ability to monitor vital signs, to see if someone is dead or alive. As well as the capability to control and command all machinery remotely under his influence, all frames have the capability to hook into other devices and take information from them as well. All Frames are highly resilient to all environmental conditions

Survey Frame: although his original body, after gaining sentience along with his freedom. The only thing he has modified unto his body is a hidden blade system for defense along with the ability to camouflage by using the already built in hologram projection system to be invisible. The frame may not have a higher strength out put, but is enough to break bones

Combat Frame: the combat frame has binocular, infrared and night vision. Along greater strength to pry open doors or if he really wants to try, he can punch a hole into someone if he wants to. As much it's sleek and compact design was to make it hard to hit. It gave it the added benefit of making it the quickest frame even it has more weight then Survey Frame. The combat frame also can measure distances and the wind to get more accurate and precise shots from long distances with any weapon he is using. The frame also has the ability to auto aim, but is shut off so he doesn't become overly reliant on it. The frame can also absorb most impacts along with being able to absorb recoil from higher caliber weapons. He also gave it a hidden blade in case it has no other weapons available

Heavy Frame: Heavy frame has the highest strength output out of other frames, it can break down some of the most sturdiest fortifications with time or demolish small buildings and flips cars and vans with little effort, or if really wants to go crazy. Dismantle a tank if he wants to, it is also deceivingly quick for it's size. But not as fast as the others mainly the combat frame. Also for it's large size it limits it's options for weaponry to only heavy weapons or things that are hooked up to freaking combat planes to interface with

Research Frame: is rather average across the board except for it's strength. even then, it's rather mediocre only able restrain or incapacitate a test subject, but the true purpose is to handle organic material. It has X ray capabilities, can monitor stress effectively and a also has built in defibrillator to resuscitate a subject

Background: before Urien came to be, there were two scientist. Michael and Rory that were best friends that pursued different fields of study, Michael the study of machines and Rory the study of human minds. Along with what consciousness is as a whole.
Both of them were inseparable as if they were brothers, as Rory has been there with Michael after everything he has been through.
As Michael wasn't the type to handle grief and lose well since as he has been in more funerals then he can count, even to those of his own siblings that died young before the oldest can get to high school or collage and the young ones died before he can see them grow... So Rory became like a brother to him as Rory felt the same towards Michael since he was an only child. And Michael was the closet thing he can get to a brother.
But even with all of that, Michael still couldn't get over his grief and soon became paranoid that he might lose Rory someday. So he perused to make a mechanical body that can house an intelligence that of a human being, but he doesn't know anything about the human mind or how to make digital replication of it. So he sought help by making an announcement to his peers in other departments to help make something revolutionary.
An Artificial Intelligence that can think and learn like a human, since all other AI can't even come close to learn or think like a human... But everyone thought it was ludicrous to even do such a thing and thus no one helped Michael. But Rory chose to help him, as he believed whatever Michael invision pave a way to a brighter future.
Although reluctant Michael accepted since Rory could be the only one he can rely on. But fears he might uncover the truth behind the reason for his research.
So the two of them began their research as there were a lot of trial and error, until they reached an answer that an making an AI be human like was not exactly possible from scratch with nothing to work with. Until they reached a conclusion that if they can imprint a human mind on to an already blank slate, it could work. And once they had the means to replicate a human mind, Rory volunteered to have his replicated. While Michael without Rory's knowing made a several back ups without his knowing, once they made a copy. They finally did their first test to see how it goes.... And it ended poorly as the first trial began screaming upon it's awakening and it destroyed itself.
As Rory felt like it was dead end and that Michael should give up, and scrap the whole thing. Since a human mind can't live in a machine.... But Rory saw that Michael didn't want to let go of it and asked him what was the true reason behind this... Thus Michael told the truth as Rory couldn't believe it along with the fact Michael creating backups without Rory's say so. As Rory tried to reason with him to delete them, but it didn't turn out peacefully as the both ended up fighting one another.
To which lead to what Michael feared, the death of Rory. As Rory accidentally fell on top of the jagged pieces of the machine that destroyed itself. As Michael called for help, but Rory was bleeding out quickly. But even when help came, there were to many pieces to pull and some were into deep or were broken off into Rory's body... As Rory passed away and Michael was left with guilt of his death along with the all familiar grief he knew.. Although Michael was the cause of Rory's death, he served a rather light sentence. Once he was out, he took all his research and began again. As he had many failures until he the 13th attempt he succeeded as he implemented the right programing into the template that house the copy of Rory's consciousness, making it subtle as to not outright make it robotic and make the machine believe it is human... Out of the small commands, two would be his downfall. One, Not to remember it's a copy. Two, To Be Human....
At first it was a success as the machine believed itself to be human and acted like Michael was an old friend that he hasn't seen in a long time.. Everything went well until the machine broke the illusion whenever Michael left it alone when it realised it couldn't feel pain as it attempted to see if it can feel anything. Until it broke it's holographic projection system and saw it's reflection on a mirror and remembered that it isn't real and had a meltdown, as Michael came back to shut it down immediately.... But it wouldn't be long until it woke itself up again as the command to be human gave it the freedom to act on it's own, as the Machine still couldn't handle the information but when Michael saw it awake. It flew into a frenzy and killed Michael, but when the machine settled. It held Michael in it's arms as Michael whispered something to it before he finally bit the dust. That only it knows, but the command to be human lingers on. As it'll attempt to do so, under a new name from it's Model Number. Urien, Urien will become human not matter the cost or what atrocities he must commit. Not matter how far he must go, he'll keep going and won't stop trying...... To Be Human
