Background: Laurent Valentin, was born in Italy. His mother is half French and aslo daughter to a Don (mafia boss). His father on the other hand had no ties to the mafia, but was just a normal man. His father met, his mother in an accident. But they didn't fall in love immediately, the feeling was there but they didn't realize it until several encounters they had with each other and eventually they fell for one another. After several weeks of dating each other. His mother decide to introduce him to her father to which lead to his father's surprise/fear at the realization. The woman he was with, is with the Barone crime family and the daughter of the Don no less. But his father mustard up all of his courage to face her father. And so far it went well...until his mother left him to talk to her dad alone, then it was a different story. But even through that, his father stayed his ground and eventually her father grew to like him. Then after 3 years, his parents got married and had Laurent. But as years went by, the crime family was in trouble when Laurent's grandfather passed away and it eventually ran to the ground. So Laurent's parents left with him to the US where he eventually lives out the rest of his years. And eventually became a detective at the age of 23, but soon after left when he found out that some of the work they were doing was dirty. So he left and became a private investigator, and has been doing well for years to come
