Quirk Drawbacks: Dry ice is incredibly dangerous so he has to be careful about what is around him and if he uses too much he could succumb to hypothermia.

Backstory: He was orphaned as a young boy because of his dangerous quirk. His ice powers scared many off and when he would try to fight back he would be blamed since his quirk is much stronger than others. But he wanted to become a hero so he could show others that he can be one and be stronger because od it. And inspire others in that no matter your quirk you can become very strong by yourself.
