Special Containment Procedures: SCP-7095 is to be held within a standard S-1 type humanoid containment cell with custom built, non conductive walls, floors, and ceilings. No electronic devices, power outlets, or even lightbulbs are allowed within SCP-7095's containment cell, or within the adjacent interview room, as, even though there is a thick, glass window between the interviewer and SCP-7095, even the smallest crack in our defenses could allow it to slip through and use the extra power to breach containment. All personal are to wear special, rubberized protection suits around SCP-7095, even while on the "safe" side of the glass. All data, including research info and interview transcripts, are to be documented via typewriter. 

Description: SCP-7095 is living electricity that has assumed the form of a humanoid entity. It stands at roughly 7ft tall in it's base form and has the ability to "feed" off electricity, draining the power from electronic devices. It has also been shown to be able to syphon electricity from the nervous system of living beings, which causes their brain activity to cease. SCP-7095 seems to also possess the ability to CONTROL electronic devices, as our first attempt at communicating with it involved placing a radio within it's containment cell. He was able to manipulate the device with no problems, and communicate to us clearly via rapidly flipping through channels and using the white noise to mimic speech, though we had to cut the interview short, as he absorbed the power from the radio and became enraged when denied more, attempting to breach containment by discharging over 700,000 volts into the glass, resulting in the deaths of two guards and a junior researcher. Security procedures have since been put in place to prevent this.

Notes:

SCP-7095 does not need sleep, air, water, or food to survive, but becomes irritable at best and violent at worst when deprived of electricity for long periods. As such, he is allowed three meals a day, consisting of two (2) Duracell AA batteries.  

While SCP-7095 seems to be mainly driven by a desire to "consume" electricity, he has been shown to have emotions (like anger) and the ability to use logic, remember information, follow commands (when he feels like cooperating).
