Quirk: Bloodthirst

Quirk Description: Kaizu can harvest blood from his foes via cannibalism. Using the energy siphoned from their plasma, he can increase his own strength, speed, and durability. He can also harden his own blood to make crimson claws, armor, tendrils, and projectile blood spikes.

Quirk Drawback: His quirk has made him psychically dependent on human blood for sustenance. Withdraw will result in severe migraines, increased irritability, sweating, shaking, and eventually a state of violent, animalistic rage that will only end when his thirst for blood has been satisfied. 

Personality: Kaizu is a violent, sadistic psychopath with no regard for human life. He takes great pleasure in tormenting his enemies, often making the active choice to wound his victims rather than kill them, savoring their suffering and panic before killing them as slow as possible.

Backstory: Kaizu Kyba was born into terrible misfortune. His mother died giving birth to him, causing his father to spiral into a deep depression. In his grief he turned into an alcoholic, which caused him to lash out at Kaizu. The physical abuse began to take a mental toll on Kaizu, who began showing signs of psychopathy. Everything came to a head on the day Kaizu finally got his quirk. When the hunger began to set in, Kaizu didn't even hesitate. He promptly mauled his father to death and ate his corpse. Kaizu was apprehended by police shortly after that and taken to a psych ward, where he stayed until escaping at age 14, killing a doctor and 3 guards in the process. He became one of Japan's youngest serial killers for awhile before finally being recruited into the league at age 16. He has since served as their head interrogation, as his sadism and fascination with the intricacies of pain have made him an expert in the field of torture.
