Personality
She is rather spoiled and used to getting her way. She is also extremely intelligent and incredibly manipulative. She has a head for business and finance, but since her father isn't keen on the idea of her becoming part of his company she has defaulted to pursuing another passion of her which is fashion and design.

Intelligent- she is very smart and can figure her way in and out of situations without problems

Background
Cersei is the oldest of the Lannister children and Jaime's twin. Despite being the oldest her father won't let her anywhere near his business because she is female. She still hopes to be able to change his mind and keeps herself up to date on the latest trends and politics to show her worth. She and and few friends went to a fortune teller when she was fifteen and she learned that she was destined for great things just as she thought she would be. This only confirmed what she already knew. She has been trying to ingratiate herself into Rhaegar's company, mostly on her father's behest but also because she finds herself drawn to his attractiveness and mysterious attitude. She isn't exactly thrilled with the fact that his eye seems to be wandering toward Lyanna Stark. She doesn't see what is so interesting about her, but she has plans to get in the way of that regardless.

Other
She hates the fact that her father puts her brothers before her although she hides it well. She just wants to be seen for the strong minded woman that she is.
