Backstory: Her parents were both immigrants from their respective countries. Her dad came from Japan to have better job opportunities to help his ailing sister while Rebecca's mother came from Russia to start a new life.

They fell in love and had Rebecca, officially marrying when she was two years old. Rebecca was an only child with a normal life. Nothing noteworthy happened in those years.

She was a sophomore when she met her fist life-long friend. It was early winter, and Rebecca had to cycle home on her bicycle. She was at a intersection, and on the other side of the road there was a junior being harassed by some other juniors. Reluctantly, she had crossed the road to help the boy.

The boy, who was very scrawny at the time, thanked her with a cup of hot chocolate. He introduced himself as Damien, and they immediately hit it off. From that day on, the duo stuck together.

Personality: As an ambivert, Rebecca can come off as two sided. She often shuts herself in her home, but if given an invitation she'll gladly leave the comfort of it to be with her friends.

Rebecca has a tendency to be very judgmental, but usually she'll keep her opinions to herself. She also tends to underestimate the extensiveness of her friend's traits, wether that be a friend's courage or another's creativity.

Her most out of place quirk is her aptitude for finding the best hiding spots. As a child, and even as an adult, she'd almost always win a game of hide and seek. When they were kids, Rebecca's cousins always tried to hide out with her, since she also knew how to find a hiding place for more suitable for more than one person.

Rebecca also developed a love of speed, but she was never s good long distance runner, as she learned in middle school when she signed up for track. Short spurts of speed were more her style.

Appearance: Rebecca despises having her hair up, wether it be in a ponytail or bun. She finds it constricting, and goes out of her way to avoid having to tie it. Despite this, she likes giving her hair volume. She goes through plenty of products to give her hair its signature softness and bounce. Rebecca is also opposed to dying her hair, keeping it it's usual raven black.

Coming from too ethnically different parents, her skin tone is a odd mixture of gentle caramel to a mauve-ish edge. Rebecca takes this in stride and rarely uses makeup to hide the occasional blemishes that'll pop up. This doesn't matter much to her, since she doesn't go outside much anyway. The only makeup she'll apply without much fuss is mascara, and that's only if she's going out or seeing her family.

Outfit wise, her closet is pretty bland. Her main go-to's are white shirts and men's jeans. There's a couple of other shirts and pants in her wardrobe but they're just as drab.

Miscellaneous: Rebecca is from my paracosm that I have named Multiversal. If you do not know what a paracosm is, here's the definition:

I have had this paracosm since I was seven, and embarrassingly, it was originally a Five Nights at Freddy's fan fiction. Now that I have grown, I improved the paracosm, and hopefully I'll keep improving it when I'm much older.
