Personality: Connor can come off as annoying and a suck up. He does get a bit carried away when he does things because he tries to get them done perfectly.  His nit picky attitude can easily annoy others because he needs to correct the smallest of details. This is caused by his OCD which was in fact medically diagnosed. He started developing symptoms when he was 12 but it has progressed immensely since.   His major symptoms are that he tries to make things perfect and is a bit of a germaphobe. He tends to mumble things to himself or talk to himself while he's in class or trying to focus on something. It's a habit he has developed over time. He also can't sit still, he's always tapping his pencil or pen on the desk or his foot on the ground as a result of his anxiety, which can be overwhelming at some points. He has been known to have panic attacks but he's been getting better as he matures.  He can get agitated easily but usually tries his best not to get mad at people.  In reality his "suck up" nature is just an act.  He pretends to be self confident so that others will believe he is.  He hides his true self because he's not confident in his true self.  He hides behind a facade so he can fool people into thinking he's this self confident, normal guy.  In truth he's friendly and caring but he's afraid to be made fun of or judged if people got to know the real him.  He has gone through and probably go through some more patches of depression but doesn't like talking to people about those types of things.  He feels like a bother so he doesn't even talk to Kit about things like that.  If you really do get to know him he's a chill and overall fun guy to be friends with.  He's also extremely intelligent and does amazing in school. He just a doesn't have many friends though, so no one really truly knows him.

Backstory: He grew up in a pretty normal household except for the fact that he was really just a mistake. He was put up for adoption as a baby and doesn't know anything besides his adoptive parents. His real mother had him when she was 17 and she could never support herself and him which is why she gave him away. Though, his whole life he's felt like he was never good enough and that that's why he was given away. He's always tried to be the best version of himself as if to prove himself to his adoptive parents and his real mom (he has never met her) even though he really doesn't need to. His adoptive parents love him the way he is and they never forget to tell him that, but he just has it stuck in his mind that he's not good enough and needs to be better. When he started developing symptoms of OCD things just kept getting worse. He has constant thoughts that he's not good enough despite the fact that that's the farthest from the truth. He joined the glee club because he has a pretty good voice and can actually play the guitar. In a way music helps him because whenever he plays he doesn't feel anxious or depressed in the slightest. Music kind of helps him get through life in a way.

Other: The only person he has even mentioned his sexuality to is Mr. Cross.  He has a huge crush on Brett but he would never admit that or act on it.  He's too afraid to even tell people that he's gay.  He does have a habit of skipping lunch.  He doesn't mean to it's just natural for him.  He doesn't eat as much as he should so usually he needs someone to keep track of him.
