Jianjen can be about as pleasant company as there are varieties of rocks. Sometimes he is beautiful, charming, and excellent to engage with. While otherwise, Jianjen can be callous and self-centered. Unfortunately he treats most with the latter qualities, and the former for those he plans on deceiving.

As he could have been an A-list actor for all the lies he tells, Jianjen is rather methodical in his application of his temper. He composes himself yet revenge will wait just around the corner.

Being in a strict family would of course impose a great deal of discipline. He can follow instruction to a T, with an wink and smile of course. But if given the opportunity, he much rather prefers providing orders.

Perhaps not a great characteristic, Jianjen is able to convince people quite easily. Between his confidence and attractive figure, it doesn't take him much to get what he wants.

Jianjen wasn't born into a life of much intrigue. In face, it was rather banal in virtually every aspect possible. He was the youngest among a group of brothers. And it was evident from a young age that Jianjen's parents desired a girl in his stead. For some even dealing with two or more boys grew tiring after time. But Jianjen made efforts to stand out. He excelled in every activity he applied himself to, yet it was never enough to earn the spot of a favorite child. Instead of hopeless adoration for his parents, these feelings quickly turned into deep-seated spite.

Considering how old they were when Jianjen was born, no one was surprised that Mrs.Chie ended up dying when Jianjen was 16. No, it didn't come as a surprise at all. But it did when the oldest brother of him ended up inheriting everything she had after her failure to draw up a will. And it was surprising when he managed to gamble it all away. Jianjen wasn't pleased in the least, and so set out his vendetta to become rich. Though of course not through any legal means.
