Day 1:

Elijah, on a recorder:sigh, This is Researcher Elijah Walker of Project CADMUS, doing main research on a new study to the develop of Super Soldiers, or what Doctor Keller likes to say, 'Enhanced Soldiers'. The initial reasons for the Super Soldiers, sorry Enhanced, is to handle Meta, Power or Alien level threats presented on Earth. So, CADMUS green-light Project "Ghost", Dr. Kellers personal project

Day 5:

Project "Ghost" started out as a small Psionic power project some years ago in the early years, as a small percentage of the human populace holds it. At first I believed we were gonna use typical enhancements to unlock the powers, something similar to the 'Black Tar' used to activate the Meta-Genes in kids, sadly that wasn't the cause for this. I was informed we would be doing a rather...unsavory way for enacting the tests

I learned on the 2nd day, we would be using untested and unknown elements from a meteorite that landed on Earth in 1947 in Roswell, New Mexico. Yeah that one, and we were gonna be using it on...children. Powered children to be exact, as the theory was the new substances could enhanced or even upgrade the Power of each host.

God, let's hope this doesn't bite us in the ass.

Day 16:

So far none of the children have exhibited any achievements of the Power being upgraded, in fact it was the exact opposite. Some kids started to exhibit radical and brash behavior, their moods swings getting worse by the minute. We even had to put down a few cause of it, one kid almost blew my face off with a wind blast, ripped a man apart in a split second

So far, the genetics in the Powered kids have not upgraded, it actually degraded. The cells were getting eaten up by the substance labeled Compound SC-1, this stuff is killing them faster than Herpes or AIDS, not good huh? So out of 200 candidates, only 74 remain.

Day 25:

Sigh, Day 25 of Project "Ghost", or as some start to call it, Project Death, edgy I know. The last Powered kid just died, literally 5 minutes ago, choked on his own blood from the injection of C-SC-1 when we decided to up the dosage. His pores and eyes busted in blood, his throat squeezed tight as blood came out spewing. I had advised this was bad timing, he had just gotten one 2 days ago, it didn't exit his system, bastards

I heard from a fellow Doc that we're getting a new shipment of test subjects, but something didn't feel right about how he said it. I again looked at the genes and DNA of the recent deceased, seems his genetics had upgraded, but sadly not the extended of what we were looking for. Though I have a weird hypothesis of the new data, I can't believe I'm saying this, but the DNA...

Day 29:

The new batch came in, and not to my surprise, of kids ranging from the ages of 4 to 8. I once asked Dr. Keller why we were using more Powered children for this, and to my surprise this kids weren't Powered, in fact they were Powerless, either abandoned, sold or kidnapped. He told me that Powerless children could hold the answer to the problem of our dilemma

Jospeh: Children are more adaptable to augmentation and enhancement of our work, we speculated that the reason the Powered individuals was of their genes. The two have wildly different genes, the Powered for those to use their individual powers and the Powerless, the basic Genetic code of a human being. If we use the basic, untapped and unmodified gene, the Compound will work

I hate to say it, but he may be right, working on already written code will do more harm than good. So if we worked on a basic and unwritten code, it maybe provide the results we want, though I wished it wasn't kids, makes me sick. Not only us experimenting on young kids, but the fact that some of their own family members sold them off to us, tch bastards

Day 110:

Day 110 of Project "Ghost", and for once, we have positive results! 200 kids, only 84 have shown massive improvements, they've started to shown ability unlike I have ever seen, ranging from Empathy to Precognition, Pyrokinesis, and Telekinesis! Others have shown powers of the Psionic class, but I've particularly taken notice of one subject

Subject RX-7, a rather unique boy, he has seem to master the abilities given and far much more. He is a treasure trove of information, his skills so far have been remarkable, his CQC is above average and his marksmen ship is almost on Pro levels. I've looked over his genetic code, and holy shit, it's gone above all my expectations!! The cells within his body are altering and evolving at a unexpected rate, so much start that I believe he is evolving with it

Day 206:

Day,looks at calendar, 206...sighs man this is fucked up. Subject RX-7 killed one of the other subjects, from what I heard he killed him cause the other subject tired to physically harmed and sexually harass a female subject, claims he said,'He said he was gonna take her V-card in the showers and make her his bitch...so I killed him to protect her'. Seems the Compound not only gave the subjects Psionic powers, but gave them super strength and durability, it took RX-7 10 minutes to bust the kids head open with a rolling pin

He's in isolation for the time being, he'll be let out in a few hours as far as I know, this was a on going thing with RX-7. I took a look at his genes again and my suspicions were right, the C-SC-1 is over writing his DNA signature. He's changing into something, don't know what, but I hope during the next phase...he survives

Day 230:

Day 230...Subjects RX-7 has went through Phase 2 injections of a new Compound called SC-2 recently made from the meteorite. But something was different about it, instead of a beautiful blue liquid, it was red as blood and just looked wrong. I advised against but I was ignored, the procedure went smoothly...until he started screaming fucking murder. I wouldn't be surprised of the entire building heard it, it was so loud I still hear it in my sleep

Suddenly his left leg started to grow, turn red and blood spewed out from the veins in it. We had to sedate him to amputate the leg, after that we waited for him to wake up. It took him around 20 days to wake up, over time I have studied and cataloged his cells, genetics and DNA and it was official. Whatever that shit was, it completely overwritten his Human code

Now all I see was unstudied and unrecognizable Alien DNA

Day 250:

Subject RX-7 has been given a replacement for his amputated leg, besides that, he has lost the ability to speak. Not even with our resources, he will never be able to speak again for as long as he lives. He's been ostracized from the others, by orders of Dr. Keller as an experiment to see what he does, and so far he hasn't even noticed it. He stays by himself, hardly speaks to anyone and just reads the books provided to him

Through I have noticed one of the subjects ignoring the order to leave him, instead she actively engages with him and even trains with him instead of the instructors. I started to believe the two formed a

Day 310:

Subject RX-7 has killed 19 more other Subjects in the Gauntlet, where 20 Subjects are placed in a battleground. The last one standing is the winner, and Subject RX-7 has won over 10 of these, earning him names, the Unkillable, Death and my personal favorite, Specter. He's now proficient in all melee weapons, fire arms and he now has more applies then I expected him to have

He made the wires of a machine choke one of my assistants, we managed to stop him. Next he killed one of the guards with his mind, I asked him how he did it, and all he said,'Just focused on him and boom'. I talked with him about and we decided to name it Psionic Lash, he seemed to like it. I think he enjoys my company...I haven't been killed yet

Plus I think Subject RX-17, or as she likes to be called Grace, is the main reason as to why I'm not dead is cause A) He likes me cause I go I've been treating the two of them nicely and B) she keeps him sane and steady, keeps him from going psycho. Well...thank God for small miracles

Day 4#!#

It's gone to shit, turns out we were never sanctioned to do experiments on the kids in the first place! Actually we were originally supposed to be shut down after the first batch casue of the death rate and the failure of it. Dr. Keller has been doing this off the records for a solid 2 years! I was wondering how he's funding this, and to my shock he has been working with criminals to support and fund it

I've tried reporting this to CADMUS, but so far no word or anything really, I believe General Cole Bennett is deliberately blocking this. I know him, he is obsessed with having an army of powered individual to fight against the Justice League or any of the Heros that he believes may be a threat to America or the world. Tch, this is great, illegal funding, experimentation and now child murdering...I am so fucking dead

I heard rumors that Specter and Grace will be taken to another facility of Sector 9, no doubt to be used for military operations. Them and 4 others are the last remnants of the second batch of children, they have proven the more adept and advanced of them all. I hope to God they'll be alright, those kids...they're just kids.

New Update of Sector 9:

On Day 530, Project facility 1 had been in an accident in which resulted in the facility and some stuff dying in the fire. The remaining staff, which were soon treated and apprehended, were given gag orders and put in assigned retirement homes to be monitored and watched until further orders given. Director Amanda Waller ordered for the recovery of any materials left by the procedure

After the sweep, we managed to recover most of the bodies of the staff. None of the children used in the last phases of the experiment has been recovered or any of the components used to create Compound SC-2. Among the deceased , there has been no identification of Dr. Keller, head of Project "Ghost", or any of the surviving test subjects used for it

Orders are to continue sweeping the facility and see what remains of the facility. Though based on Doctor Elijah Walkers studies and records, Subject RX-7 or Specter, has been given top priority to find and apprehend. This ends data log #431, end log.
