Quirk positives: when he creates a massive tornado, it's nearly impossible to escape from and he can combo moves with over people to make stronger attacks.

Quirk negatives: if he uses his quirk to much, ice begins to form on different parts on his body, weakening his body slowly until he can't use his quirk any more. He can also be affected by the huge winds that are made from the tornadoes he creates. Since his quirk is based of cold, his body is constantly freezing so he is never warm.
